This unit is close to many amenities and attractions. As such, you should expect to hear road noise. We have ordered improved soundproofing windows and are awaiting install in the bedrooms which will help considerably! Please be assured that we do have noise blocking curtains, sound machines and even ear plugs for the most sensitive sleepers, if needed.

Outdoor camera on each porches faces outward toward the driveway and street. No tampering with outdoor camera is permitted. Immediate cancellation without refund applies to violation. There are no other cameras our recording devices on this property.

No parties or events are permitted. No unauthorized guests are permitted. This is a pet free property. Absolutely no smoking of any kind is permitted within the home or garage. Any smoke odor or evidence of unauthorized pets will incur fines, as stated in guest book.
