Expand the homes spacious layout as you open multiple French doors to the elevated deck inviting Tahoes endless beauty into the home. Guests will dine on the elegance of the custom hand scraped dining table. The master suite leads off the main floor with its walk-in closet, french doors and sitting area. Guest with enjoy its decadent King sleigh bed mattress as it provides a restful night for the next days adventures. The master bathroom will not disappoint with its spacious double sink & heated floors. Looking to relax after a long day of adventure? Step into either the jetted soaking tub or spacious walk-in shower. The warm cabin feel continues as you proceed to its ground level floor consisting of two guests rooms, full bath, laundry and a den/entertainment room. Guests will enjoy a Cal-King bed with its seductively firm sleeping mattress. The kids room present two handcrafted log bunkbed (1-full/ twin beds, 1-twin/twin beds). PLEASE NOTE: Bunk beds are for kids/children. They are not to be used for adults as there are weight restrictions (<175lbs) for the safety of all guests. Family and fiends will gather around the warmth of the den's rock fireplace while engaged in games, family entertainment or the 65" tv. Heading out the back den door lead guests to the homes 1/3 acre of open space.

MISC INFORMATION:
- This home does not have air-conditioning.
- Maximum occupancy is strictly adhered to.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE :
- The Property has 24 hour recording video/Audio/Decibel security cameras.
- One placed at each entrance to the interior of the property.
- This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons,
including but not limited to, break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets,
guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed. In no way does this
exterior surveillance infringe upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in
these public areas of the property.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Tahoe is prone to wildfires, as well as winter storms. Our cancellation policy
is followed via VRBO.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR TRAVELING:
- If traveling during winter months, it's highly recommended to travel in
vehicles that have 4wd capabilities. In addition, it’s recommended to carry
chains or DOT approved traction assist devices at all times.
- During summer and winter months, always travel into the sierras with
an emergency travel kit with extra food, water and clothing.
