Admired Poipu beach house in a perfect location, now a vacation home!

Stay in this beautifully designed vintage Hawaiian style home 350 feet from the Brennecke's Beach side of Poipu Beach park, in the heart of Poipu. Spacious lanais and outdoor living gives everything Kauai has to offer, as well having your private gate leading to the Poipu green belt and heritage trail. All the Poipu resorts, as well as shopping and restaurants are just a stroll away, and you have full access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club as one of the perks of your stay with us. All bedrooms have TVs, A/C, and attached private baths, making it a great choice for couples traveling together. The living room has an 18 foot long folding glass door, opening the living space onto the lanai. Plan your perfect getaway with us! This home is new to the market, so check back as we continue to furnish and add more photos. This home will be available starting October 1, 2023

The house was spacious for the five of us. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, plus there was a half bath on the main floor. The location is terrific. Only a short walk to the beach.Our host, Brent, was very quick to help when we had any problem.

We had an amazing 2 week stay in the Henson’s wonderful beach cottage! The home is so beautiful and welcoming. We had everything we could possibly need and the location is fabulous! We enjoyed many relaxing days in this lovely home (a perfect place to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday)!
We loved seeing the green sea turtles relaxing and sunning each day!

This lovely home is the most perfect place for our family. The home itself is very comfortable, and liveable while away from home. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything needed, including lots of cookware, spices, and storage containers for food. The upstairs Master Suite is over the top. It's private, spacious and an ocean view! One of our favorite spaces was the lanai. An afternoon nap on the lanai with an ocean breeze - can't be beat! Brent and Karen were responsive hosts and texted back to us immediately when we had questions. The garage is full of beach toys, boogie boards and even wagons for taking the children to the beach. The beach!!! Several Poipu beaches are within a short walking distance. Brennecke's restaurant is also within walking distance. The perfect place!

What a beautiful house! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for our needs. We have stayed several times in the area but this was our favorite. Great house, great location, awesome hosts!

I stayed here with my family (4 adults, 2 kids) and had a fantastic experience. The hosts were super responsive to our questions and the location near Poipu Beach was unbeatable. I'll definitely be coming back!

Clean, very easy access to beach. Owner communicates right away and cares about your stay being perfect. Had dinner on the lanai every night which was awesome. Beds are comfortable and each bedroom has its own ac unit which is nice. There’s plenty of toys for the beach in the garage. Dishes and utensils are plentiful and don’t seem to be the typical second hand stuff you find in most rentals.

Even better than the pictures

We had an amazing week staying at Karen and Brent’s property! In addition to being beautiful and spotless, it was possibly the most well stocked rental I have ever seen. We chose to cook many meals, and every single tool I might have wanted was available. Perfect location near Poipu and Shipwreck beaches. Highly recommend - 10/10!

Just amazing!

Everything about this house is amazing - comfortable, clean - the lanai & indoor / outdoor living was my very favorite, beds were luxurious, well appointed kitchen, all the beach accessories, 2 minute walk to great beaches, 5-20 minute drive to all the food you could want. Couldn’t ask for anything else in a vacation home away from home!

Truly AMAZING!

This home is truly AMAZING! The owners have thought of everything and the location is perfect! Having the wagons, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and boogie boards available was a great bonus. Our family highly recommends this home and is looking forward to future vacations!

Awesome Place!

This place is fantastic. We stayed here for a month and loved every minute. The location of the home is perfect; central to other places to visit on the island, close to great restaurants, and a 2 minute walk to one of the best beaches on the island. Stand out items of the home are the large and comfortable lanai, the quality of the furnishings and cookware, the layout of the home, and the decor. The owner was very responsive and great to work with. We would go back to this rental in a heartbeat, no question about it.

Absolutely beautiful!!!

This was the most beautiful, clean and best location for a rental property we have ever stayed at! All we could talk about was how the house made the trip. The home was incredibly clean and in the perfect place next to the best sand beach and snorkeling beach. We hope to be back soon!

We have lived on Kauai for 35 years, as custom home designers and builders. We designed and built this house in 2011 to be the perfect beach home, and how we get to share it! We live 20 minutes away, so any mishap or problem can be taken care of in the blink on an eye.

You really have to walk in the door, to truly experience the easy, peaceful, laid back feel of the house. It is built and designed as the perfect beach home, without all the shortcuts taken when someone is building "just a vacation rental".
