Kick back & relax in this calm, stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom open floor cottage. Each bedroom features a queen sized bed & wall-mounted smart TVs. There is also a converted attic with 2 twin beds, perfect for children!

The home is perfect to unwind & chill out. Make a nice meal in the kitchen, enjoy the spacious living area, work remote in the private office, enjoy the several backyard amenities or the newly added separate lounge garage hang out space! Close to all that AC has to offer!

The home is adorable and perfect for a retreat! Renovated and freshly designed, it has charm from the inside out! Located in the great neighborhood of Bungalow Park, just minutes away from Gardner's Basin, the beach, boardwalk and all the hustle and bustle of Atlantic City.

FRONT EXTERIOR: There is a front porch, perfect for sitting outside to get some fresh air or to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.

LIVING ROOM: There is a large TV and roomy seating area in the living room (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps).

DINING AREA: The dining table accommodates 4, and there are 2 stools for the kitchen bar counter.

KITCHEN: Spacious & fully equipped.

OFFICE: There is an office off of the living room at the front of the home when you enter that has a desk and chair as well as a small couch that can open to a double sized sleeper. There are french doors for privacy, making it perfect for remote work or school.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
BEDROOM 1: 1 Queen Sized Bed & Smart TV
BEDROOM 2: 1 Queen Sized Bed & Smart TV
(There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps)

-Through one of the bedrooms, you can access the converted and finished attic space where there are 2 twin beds. Please note that the ceilings are low, making it a great space for children.

ATTIC SPACE: 2 Twin Sized Beds (with low ceiling)
OFFICE: Pull Out Couch

BATHROOMS: There are 2 full bathrooms.

BACKYARD: There is seating , a fire pit area, a pergola area with a table and chairs and a charcoal grill and fire pit in the backyard. (Please note that we do not supply charcoal, grill accessories, or firewood)

GARAGE: Through the backyard, we have a converted garage space with a couch, game table, and a Smart TV.
(There is no cable for the TV, just streaming apps)

ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard.
-Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses.

KEYLESS ENTRY:
There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

PARKING:
-There is only on street parking at this property.
-There is no driveway or designated parking area.

MAIL:
-Do not send packages to the property via mail as we do not have access to the locked street mailboxes for the property.
-If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options.
-We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.

ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES:
-Property located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars or foot traffic.

SECURITY:
-The home is protected by exterior ring camera security.

HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS:
At "Bayside Bungalow", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

-WiFi included; exterior ring camera security for added safety.
-Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided.
-Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out.
-No laundry detergent is provided.
-Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments.
