Everything was amazing! Great communication weeks in advance and throughout the entire stay. Not one single complaint. Was able to check in early and had a super sweet surprise gift waiting on the bed. Condo had amazing views and the carpet really gave it such a homey feel. Everything was Super clean, beautiful views from the oversized balcony, updated furnishings, and the beds were SO comfortable. The stand-up fan in the master closet was a huge plus since we have to sleep with a fan on at home. Also, a sound machine in the 2nd bedroom was a plus. Kitchen was fully equipped with anything you could need, and my favorites were the blender and tabletop icemaker for my tropical drinks. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful in every way.

Everything was great. The owner did special touches that most hosts do not and it was very nice. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything you need and more. Outdoor patio was fantastic. Just everything was perfect. Host was very kind and communicative.

A Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The unit was very clean with attractive decor and thoughtful touches, and a spectacular view of the gulf from the balcony. Our family especially enjoyed walks on the beach, the heated pool and hot tub. We highly recommend this condo!

Amazing vacation

This is a great, family friendly property. The owner is amazing to work with in the transactional side of things and was also a pleasure to work with as far as our family and stay. Loved the space and the amenities. We had a great stay and cannot wait to return. My kids are still talking about all of the fun they had.

Home away from home

We have stayed here the last 3 years and love it. The care and attention given by the owners each time we stay is matched by none. They are truly interested in making your stay be the best experience. I love the PCB area. Good golf, nice beach, chairs and umbrella included and close to shopping. Will stay here again next time we come to the area.

Condo is great. My wife and I just needed to get away for few days and the condo was everything as advertised. Highly recommend and will definitely use again. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing

We absolutely loved this condo! The attention to detail was above and beyond our expectations. The views were amazing, it's centrally located, and right on the beach. We also loved the keyless entry, no lost keys. We're looking forward to going back soon.

It couldn't have been more perfect for us. We loved everything about the condo and its furnishings. The beach was perfect and having complimentary beach chairs was the best. We will definitely be back again! Karan was the so accomodating in all aspects of our stay. Very pleasant trip all the way around.

Absolutely Perfect

We could not have found a better place to stay in Panama City. The condo was perfect and the view from the penthouse gorgeous. And better yet, the owners were a pleasure to work with. I've never had a smoother rental experience and will definitely return next time we are in Panama City.

SENSATIONAL!!

We absolutely loved the condo. It was super clean and nicely furnished. Everything was like new and in working order. The owners included so many special touches. It was truly a “home away from home”. We will definitely rent again!!

Home away from home

We enjoy the PCB area and found this condo to be perfect for how we like to spend our time. It is a great location with most of what we need within walking distance. The view from the balcony is fantastic and when you are ready for the beach, the included chairs and umbrella are perfect for kicking back and relaxing. The pools are also a big hit. We will be back on our next trip to PCB.

Absolutely Stunning!

Emerald Oasis is your home away from home. The owners have thought everything a family would need while on vacation. The balcony was our favorite place to be other than the beach of course. We were able to observe different types of fish from it ( rays, dolphins, and schools of bait fish). Our family cannot wait to return!

We fell instantly in love with Panama City Beach, especially Ocean Villa Condos. We absolutely love the HUGE balcony - 10 feet x 28 feet. The views from the 21st floor is amazing - couldn't has for anything better. We love how Ocean Villa isn't crazy busy that has massive amount of condos in it. There are 23 floors - each having only 6 condos on each floor.
