Guest Access:
You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Quiet Neighborhood of Kently Hill. Easy access to I-25 and C-470. House is located in a cul-de-sac.

Getting Around:
House has an attached 2-car garage and driveway parking—plenty of room for up to 4 cars. House is located close to I-25 and C-470, making it a central location to get to all of Colorado's most fantastic attractions.

Other Things to Note:
This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Parties are prohibited by local and Airbnb platform regulations, and excessively noisy or disruptive gatherings and those that violate quiet hours will result in termination of the reservation without refund and civil prosecution as needed. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located on the front door.
