You are as close to the heart of Kona as it gets. Enjoy Hawaiian Living just above the excitement of Alii Drive. This complex is directly across from the ocean & the unit is recently renovated.

A beautiful property, with lots of natural light. A private lanai with expansive ocean & sunset views!

Unit#401 is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo that has a generously sized living room which provides plenty of space for your comfort. This beautiful condo is wonderfully furnished & has a King Sized bed in the Bedroom. The Living Room has a Murphy Queen Sized too! See photos! Spectacular offering! It's like a 2 bedroom but for the price of 1!

Fully Equipped Kitchen with all one could need to have the perfect Vacation!

The Guest bathroom has a remodeled large shower with a glass door and a vanity with a solid surface top. This beautiful condo has a washer and dryer inside the property as a great amenity. Unit#401 also has an assigned parking stall!

Kona Alii#401 resides in the Ocean Tower of Kona Alii Condominiums. Kona Alii is one of the best located complexes in the heart of Kona town. It includes a huge swimming pool, secure elevator lobby & immediate access to the restaurants and shops in Downtown Kona!

Alii Dr - the heart of town

We wanted to be right in town and this spot was perfect. The lanai and view is breathtaking. Great communication from the property manager too.

Wonderful location and view!

Clean, updated and within walking distance to restaurants, local shopping, and farmers market! The views and listening to the ocean waves was our favorite! Definitely a place we would stay in again.

amazing view and surf sounds to lull you to sleep at night

Great Location

Great location as we could walk to restaurants coffe shops shopping. With the location can come a little noise at times but it didn’t hinder our stay. View from deck is beautiful.

Overall it was a great accomodation with a fabulous view of the ocean however noisy at times due to the location .A second set of keys would have been helpful for our visiting guests and ourselves.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kona Alii condo. Every morning we watched the waves crash on the shore while enjoying a cup of coffee. The location was an easy distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops. We were also close to the Kailua Bay Pier, where we watched a pod of spinner dolphins swimming amongst the distance swimmers, and were able to pick up a sunset boat tour. Look forward to returning!

Beautiful view

My husband had a great time staying in this condo. It's directly across the street from the ocean and everything is comfortable. We especially love the lanai where we would sit every night and watch the people going up and down Alii Dr., watch the sunset, and just listen to the waves. I would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing

We brought our 16 year old granddaughter with us for her first trip to Hawaii. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the room and location! Plenty of room for us all and ALL the amenities that one needs. Comfortable beds and excellent views from the Lanai.We had friends come to our room nightly for the sunsets! Had a great visit and we will definitely be back!

Kona getaway

Everything was amazing! The condo was so clean and there were many amenities to make our stay more enjoyable. The view was spectacular, hearing the waves all night was magic, sitting on the deck every morning and every night was my favorite. We already want to rebook!

The apartment is comfortable, The picture is nice but misleading, it does'nt show the street under the buildingwhich is very noisy. kind of disappointing.

Fun Little Home Directly Across From The Ocean!

We loved this clean, cute home on Ali'i Drive! Beautiful apartment with fun finishes and respectful, quiet nieghbors. Management was very quick to respond with any questions/concerns. An excellent choice for an easy central location in Kona!

Best Location and view!!

The views are outstanding and the room was very nice. We did have issues with the ceiling fans not working properly so we had to request floor fans and eventually oscillating fans for the bedroom. Communication was all over the place with different hosts, make sure you ask who you're speaking with.
