Welcome to The Lucky Bear cabin, a pet friendly 2-bedroom 1 bath cabin within walking distance to hiking trails, National Forest, Alpine Slide, Big Bear Brewery, and a fairly short commute to the slopes. Experience all the amenities one can want for a Big Bear vacation with an expansive deck with a fire-pit, seating area, BBQ and dining area. Imagine yourself at the end of the day relaxing in a sparkling hot tub after a long day on the slopes or lake. Truly an all season getaway!



Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with a regular filter coffeemaker and French Press.



Living Room: Fireplace, bar cart, Smart TV and the sofa folds down like a futon for sleeping.



Master Bedroom: Loft style room located on the second floor featuring a Queen bed and a

sitting area, closet and foosball table. Bedside lamps with USB port to charge electronics.



Bedroom 2: Located on the first floor with two single beds and a guest closet.



Outdoor Area: Hot tub, gas propane Bbq and firepit.



Parking: Parking under deck on paved driveway only.



Big Bear Lake West

Starting at the Big Bear Lake Dam, this area stretches all the way to Metcalf Bay and includes Pleasure Point Marina, Boulder Bay, Fisher Cove and Treasure Island. This area has a mixture of older, well-maintained, modern and lakefront estates.



Free Big Bear Trolley:



Mountain Transit`s Free Big Bear Trolley service offers convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors to help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley.



Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town.



Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient.



Amenities for babies and children: Minor selection of children`s toys, and baby gate.

We have high chairs available at our office for rent for a fee of $25 per day, please notify us in advance if you would like to rent these during your stay.



To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out.



If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag.



Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our `things to know` and `house rules` sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.
