This beautiful house is set on 5 acres nestled into Cheyenne Mountain with private hiking access to Cheyenne Mountain State Park Trails. With only a 15 minute drive to downtown Colorado Springs you will also have the option to enjoy easy access to city life making it the perfect place for small events you'd like to host (bachelorette/bachelor weekend. no weddings) Spend the day enjoying what the Springs is has to offer then enjoy the fireplace, hot tub, pool table, & shuffle board with a beautiful view of the city during the night. You will never want to leave!


The space: 6000 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms with 4 private attached bathrooms. 2 living room areas on separate floors.5 acres of land with trampoline, BBQ, hot tub. Wrap around porch with 3 other outdoor living areas. Fully loaded kitchen.

Events: All events will have maximum attendance of 25 guests in attendance. We also require a 3 night minimum for any event & an additional event fee of $500.

This was the perfect spot for our family Christmas vacation. We did miss out on the snow but the home, the amenities and the location were all above our expectations.We will be doing this spot again next year, The host was friendly and responsive and the views were amazing.

The property is very spacious and worked well for our family of 15. Great views of Cheyenne Mountain and Colorado Springs from 3 different decks. Access and check in was easy. A small quirk is the refrigerator being across the room from the main kitchen and not producing much ice, but not a big deal. We had a great stay!

Excellent Place to Chill with Family/Friends

Great space with privacy as needed but plenty of group gathering spots. Fantastic outdoor space and located close to many Colorado adventure spots but close enough to easily replenish food and supplies.

Co Springs Getaway

This was a such a nice place. It was nice to get away from the day to day, go explore the springs, and just having a place to be even if we had nothing planned at the moment, this was it.

Christmas vacation

This beautiful cabin nestled in the quiet mountains but just minutes away from town and stores is the perfect place to stay. Lots to do at the cabin you don’t even have to leave to keep intertained. Staff was quick at getting back to me with answers for questions I had. Would definitely recommend bringing your family and staying here.

Comfortable, fun stay!

House was great. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Yet plenty of room for us to all hang out together in same room. Kitchen had everything we needed. Grill worked great. Beds were very comfortable. Property Manager answered immediately when I sent a message.

Heavenly Hideaway

Perfect location and beautiful home for our family vacation. My only complaint is that there were no wash clothes or dish cloths. Everything else was very well stocked.

Beautiful property. Amazing view. NO AIR CONDITION. We were hot. Only one TV. We enjoyed the game room and sitting on the deck. We made lots of memories.

Great Stay in CO Springs

The house is gorgeous with stunning views! A good kitchen and grills made our stay well worthwhile. The only thing to note is that there is no AC so if you're coming in the summer months, be aware. There's a good cross breeze with the window open, but the house does heat up.

Perfect

Our large extended family could not have asked for anything better. There is plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor seating areas have plenty of seating. The kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the host was exceptional. It is in a nice secluded area . Highly recommend!!

Family Christmas

We had ten adults and four kids and the house fit us perfectly. The location is unbeatable and very close to anything you want to go out and do.
