This charming 2 bedroom ranch home is perfect for traveling professionals, and/or visitors visiting Quad Cities. We designed the home with your comfort in mind, featuring from cozy living room to comfortable bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a dedicated office space, 4 people dining space and a spacious living room.
You could also relax outside on the provided patio furniture in a private fenced backyard, perfect for entertaining or just relaxing after a long day or early in the morning. This will make you feel right at home, with ample parking spaces on the driveway and a 1 car attached garage.
If you're in town for work, no worries; we have a dedicated office area with desk, lamps, chairs along with the high speed (100 Mbps) and fast Wi-Fi available across all corners of the home. Whether you're in town for work or play, this rental is the perfect home base for your stay in Davenport.
We're located minutes in the heart of Davenport city. Conveniently located < 10 minutes from almost everything (Downtown, North park mall, Vander Veer park, Genesis hospitals, St. Ambrose University, Palmer, Interstate I-80). We're also literally walking distance away from the scenic Duck Creek trail, the highest rated trails in the QC!
You will be able to enjoy the comfort of home while being close to all that the city has to offer. We look forward to helping you with your trip.
