Queen bed, full pullout sofa, deep bathtub. TV, WIFI. Up to two dogs with pre-approval.

24-hour gate guard and security patrol.
Quiet street with great neighbors.
A 55+ resort community, offering 3 large pools, 3 hot tubs, 6 dog parks ( 3 less than a 5-minute walk from rental.
Several pickleball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes. Many many more amenities

This is a very friendly, active retirement community. There are numerous clubs... such as quilting, sewing, woodshop, crafts, cards, darts, biking, hiking and so much more.
