The property was in great shape, very clean & located in a quiet location. The community pool was geared more towards kids than adults, but that wasn't a big deal!

This place was fantastic. It was just as advertised and our 1 year old daughter loved the pool. We’d stay here again!

The apartment is spacious and has a nice master bedroom. Our kids loved the pool, though it was a 10 minute walk from the apartment and there were signs along the way alerting the presence of venomous snakes, and we did spot one. We encountered a few issues/setbacks that impacted our experience:- The master bathroom toilet was broken when we checked in, but they came to fix it when we told them about it- There were some cleanliness issues - the dishes and silverware in the cabinets had food remains on them and the high chair was caked in old food. I washed all of the dishes upon arrival. There was also hair in the shower.- It is very bare bones. They provided exactly 4 towels, and did not include garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, enough soap, etc. Beach and pool towels are not included; we had to buy some at the store. It would have also been nice to have throw blankets for the couch.- There is new construction occurring right across the street which was an eye sore and loud at times.Overall, we had a comfortable stay, but we will choose a homier place next time.

Beautiful unit

This unit was well furnished and even more spacious than it appeared in pictures online. It was clean and the carpet was very plush. It was nice having a smart TV with the ability to log in to Netflix. The unit was close to amenities and our stay was great!

Family Getaway

My husband, married daughter, and I decided to get away for a few days. We had never visited the Outer Banks and were looking to go someplace different. We talked all the way home about our condo and how much we loved it. It was truly home away from home. The condo was very spacious and well appropriated. It was spotless on arrival and I really enjoyed my morning coffee on the covered balcony each morning. There was nothing we needed that the condo didn’t have. If we get a chance to get back down there, you can bet we’ll be staying in this condo.

Family vacation

Great place to stay. A few minor issues…. Linens were in short supply. Only one per person, although a washer and dryer are provided. Just would have been nice to have an extra linen for each person so you don’t have to do the laundry so often. Also, only one roll of TP and one garbage bag provided. Not a huge deal, just would have been nice to know going in.

Fun visit with friends

We came to visit with my daughter’s friend and his family. The rental was very clean and a perfect fit for our family. It had a small sitting room at the front which allowed my daughter and her friend their own space at times, which was great. I loved the balcony, although it was rather chilly during our visit. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Check out.

The property was pretty clean. Alot of mold in the shower. Amenities were sparce at best. The big disappointment was when we were loading the car at 8:30 am the key pad on the door deactivated and locked us out with personal items locked inside, including cell phones and purse. We solicited help from a neighboring property and after 21/2 hours we were issued a new key code and had the audacity to tell us they were going to charge us for the extended time we occupied the unit. I am expecting the management company to issue a refund or a free stay or I will never visit them again. That was our 4th stay. I have never experienced something like that before. Oh, and checkout was 10:00 am and we were told we checked out at 8:00 am !!!!

Exploration Outer Banks

Pat yourself on the back if you pick here to stay. Wonderful, spacious, clean and modern condo. Oh, did I mention quiet too! Great location to everything. Went north to Carolla and south to Hatteras. Only suggestion, and this is so minor...upgrade the paper products and towels you provide for a truly spa-acious resort stay. Tks!!!

Second Stay and could be the last

This was our second time staying at this location. We love the area and community. Centrally located to dining and shops; as well as close to the beach. The condo is updated and presents itself well. We had such a positive experience the first go around, we had high expectations the second go around. However, we were slightly disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo as the linens on the beds were very wrinkly and just thrown on the bed in a rush. Also, the surfaces throughout the condo were not very clean and had smudges. Considering this was during the pandemic we were expecting the condo cleanliness to be at a much higher standard. This is very unfortunate and will be something that could make us find an alternate place to stay next time.

Nice and convenient

Overall this condo was very good. Very clean and roomy. Convenient to stores and restaurants. TV took a while to figure out and pier code did not work. Other than that very good.

elevators were broke when we went to take our luggage up to our room, and we had to carry up our luggage up 4 flights of stairs after driving 8 hours

Had a great time!

This place was very nice. It was less than a mile from the beach. It’s a very nice family friendly place to stay. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay again.
