This property is a multi-unit property. Three in total. With parking area. This lovely apartment unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and all modern furniture. The other bedroom has two twin beds, with all new furniture. All new appliances in this unit.
This apartment unit has a beautiful patio with a BBQ area and a mini refrigerator.
All attractions are less than 30 min away. San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Sesame Place, Coronado, San Diego Downtown. If you do decide to go to Tijuana, Mexico. Only 10 min away. Nearby shopping centers.

**This unit has AC** Cooper & Hunter Mini Split.
**Chargepoint Electric Vehicle Charger. 220v/50amp. Fees will Apply**

**There is No Laundry Room**

Blink Camera's around the exterior of the house. Only activates (records) from 8 PM-8 AM.

The property has Culligan Water Softener. Aquasential Smart High Efficiency Water Softener System and a 6-Stage Reverse Osmosis System, pH+ Alkaline. Rest assured you are getting the best water quality in town.
All tenants at this location are genuinely nice and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and well-family-oriented.

Beautiful Property

Everything was as shown and we felt at home. This space has about everything you might need and is well decorated. We walked to brunch with my sister in law who lives a few blocks away and found everyone to be friendly. We would love to stay again!

We visit the San Diego area every year and this is by far the best property we have ever stayed in. The location is great. It's a short and beautiful drive to Coronado and from there just a drive across the bridge to San Diego. The apartment was incredibly clean and well equipped with just about everything you could possibly need. Christian is a great host!

Above and beyond

Exceeded expectations. Every amenity, and if I could give extra stars for cleanliness, I would! It’s luxe, it’s comfortable, it’s welcoming..and the host is quick to respond, accommodating and thoughtful. The location was ideal for our needs during this trip (close to family and easy drive to Coronado. We hope to be lucky enough to stay here again.
