Newly remodeled in March of 2023. Two bedroom townhouse with a half bath downstairs and full bathroom upstairs. 2-3 minutes from I-70, Walmart, Home Depot, Texas Roadhouse and many other restaurants, fast food, and shopping.

This is a perfect spot. It’s very close to the interstate and there is a Walmart at the exit. It was very clean. After a long day in the car we took a walk around the neighborhood. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. Would highly recommend. Plus the owner was very responsive.

Easy, clean and convenient. Would recommend. We appreciate the wide range of flqvored cofee presented and non -flavored cofee would be a plus for future visits

Weekend stay

Convenient Overnight Stay

Unit had a slight smell of cigarette smoke. Previous occupant or attached neighbor? Convenient access to highway made for easy transportation into KC. Lots of food options locally in Blue Springs. Quiet neighborhood. Host was great to work with.

Great stay

My friend and I came into town for a concert. We had a small issue with getting into the rental, but Jason was so quick and available to help. The rest of our stay was excellent. The place was very clean and very well put together. We would definitely stay here again.

Birthday weekend

My friends and I had a birthday weekend in KC, and decided to stay here. It worked out perfect for us! Very clean and a lot of amenities there, would recommend to anyone wanting to do stuff in kc! Reasonably priced too

KC Baseball Game

We were on a baseball road trip from Cleveland and KC was our last stop for the week. We really only needed a place to stay for one night and the property owner was able to accommodate us. I'm so glad they were because we were able to stay at this beautiful location. It is spacious, clean, and in a really nice neighborhood. The owners were so great with their communication and even put up a queen size air mattress for our teenage son. There are laundry facilities available and the owners even have items in the bathroom that you may need if you have forgotten them or run out (mini shampoos/conditioner, lotion, toothbrushes and toothpaste) We all agreed that if we travel this way again this would be a place we would stay again 100%! Thank you!

Great property in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the ballparks, and not too far from downtown. Communication was lightning fast!

Great place to stay.

The property was in a decent neighborhood with easy parking and the home was very clean and had everything we required being close to the stadiums. I would easily stay there again.
