Cape Escape is located in the yacht club district with canal frontage. This neighborhood is perfect for walking, biking and boating! Downtown stores and restaurants within two miles. The yacht club public beach is 4 minutes away about 2 miles. Easy access to the gulf and islands on your boat via canal frontage. Fort Myers and Sanibel beaches are within 25 minutes. The home is 16 miles from Southwest Florida International Airport (Fort Myers) RSW. Taking a Uber or lift is very easy. . The home has a covered shaded outdoor area with a gas grill, refrigerator and eating area. The pool and yard are maintained by professional services on a weekly basis. and more often if needed. There is also professional pest control done. But Palmetto bugs are common if Florida and may be seen at times.

We like the proximity to the beaches and the gulf of Mexico. We also enjoy the close distance to downtown Cape coral and Fort Myers, This creates simplicity for shopping and restaurants/ bars. The airport is close and offers many affordable flights for visitors.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The outdoor area and pool offer your own area to relax. The quiet neighborhood area is nice for walks and biking. The area is quiet but close to many activities for kids and adults. We enjoy the Bike riding to town and have 7 bikes for friends, family and guests. We provide 4 kayaks that make it nice for going around the canals.
