Beautiful SST3 beachfront condo.

Summary:
Have fun with the whole family at this stylish, highly desirable, unique South Seas Club community! Newly renovated, 2/2 King Suite condo on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beach of Marco Island from your lanai. Community amenities galore: pool, gym, tennis, pickleball, to name a few. Island activities include boat tours, fishing, fine dining, shelling, sunset cruises, dolphin-watching cruises, and more!

The Space:
Renter responsible for $100 per vehicle registration fee at check-in, payable by check, credit card or check.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo, storage closet, laundry, gym, and resort amenities.

Other Things to Note:
Renter responsible for $100 per vehicle registration fee at check-in, payable by check, credit card or check. Renter must also sign rental agreement between renter and owner to be allowed through the gate and for registration.

Family vacation

We loved our stay here but we did not care for the all the keys needed throughout the facility. We were also hoping there was more than 1 beach chair for our family of 7 as well as maybe having a beach umbrella as well.

The unit was lovely. Only had 3 water glasses though. We happened to come when the cold snap came thru but there was plenty to do.

Perfect location

My wife and I stayed for a week. The check in was awesome. Taylor met us at the entrance with a cart to help us get our stuff in the room. She gave us a lot of great information and we were straight to the beach. We’ll definitely be back.

Perfect rental for our vacation!

We had a fantastic time in Marco island and loved the condo!! It was perfect for our family of five and so nice to have the convenience of a full kitchen, multiple bedrooms/bathrooms, living area, laundry, beach chairs/wagon/umbrella, pool, etc. the view from the 14th floor was spectacular and the condo was in the perfect central location and was very clean. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and we felt very welcome! We SO appreciated the late checkout as our flight wasn’t until evening time. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!! We had such a great time and look forward to returning to the island and this condo!

Great family spot!!

Top notch all the way around. Joy was so helpful getting us checked in, recommendations and the works. Condo was very nicely updated, view absolutely amazing from the balcony. Great spot to watch the sunset and relax! Condo had all the amenities to make sure you had everything, even down to an extra cooler and beech accessories. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend. Thanks Edgewater and Joy!

A Perfect Vacation

I believe this rental experience went beyond our expectations…from arrival with Joy leading the way, to departure with clear and simple instructions! The beautifully appointed unit is southern facing and offers a sunny retreat throughout the day. Also, everything a renter would need was well thought through and provided. The South Seas property in general is well maintained and all the folks we came in contact with were very friendly. Again, kudos to Joy!

Amazing Views

Amazing place, better than what is shown in the app. Checking was very easy, and Joy is awesome to work with. The grounds are well kept. Great views of the beach and a pool option was a bonus. Would love to come again.

We have stayed in SSNW before, so we are familiar with some of the units. This was the nicest unit we've stayed in thus far. The location was perfect for us with a southern view down along the beach from the 14th floor. The unit was clean and well-maintained. Customer service was impeccable. We are ready to come back again.

Wonderful New Year’s Eve

We spent 8 wonderful days here and couldn’t have been happier. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure every need was met. Joy was fantastic!! Always there to help us with ANYTHING we needed. The weather was cool and rainy for a few days of our stay, but just sitting on the balcony with that view more than made up for it. The sunset was a little bit hard to completely see from our balcony but you could easily go downstairs and watch from the beach. We didn’t need to buy any supplies for our 8 day trip. There was plenty of paper towels, tp, dishwasher packs, laundry detergent, hand soap, and even a little welcome gift with some extras. Everything you need for the beach is also in the unit, including a wagon to help carry everything down. We would definitely stay again, and hope to do so in the future.

Week stay from Indiana

I honestly was impressed with this property, Joy, and Hannah. Hannah was always available via message. Joy met us fresh off the plan and a target run at 9 at night, bright eyed and ready to help (Shopping cart and luggage cart in tow!) The condo itself was in a well managed, very clean state. The week went so smoothly, all questions and concerns were handled quickly and with care. We travel as a group with my husbands siblings and some of their families for fall break yearly. Normally to Lani Kai in Ft Myers. We, my husband and I, had our three children; 3, 6, 11 with us. There was ample room for all of us plus extended family to come to our room and visit. This room was the newest and best kept of the 5. The view is amazing as you get the ocean and the inlet, but we did miss the sunset unless we were on the beach. The pool was nice and clean, big enough for the 7 kids we had plus our adults, and other families as well. The walk to be beach could be worse…. But could also be better. We made it to the beach daily, but with young kids it was somewhat cumbersome. The beach is beautiful. Ripe with shells galore of all kinds. We found many shells, from tiny to larger than our heads. Conservation officer stopped and chatted with us for 45 minutes to help give us the lay of the land and some local education on restaurants and fishing. We also had paddle boards brought in and paddles from tiger tale towards the ocean and back. 10/10, would recommend and would stay again!
