Enjoy the beautiful white sand beach of Marco Island from your lanai. Community amenities galore: pool, gym, tennis, pickleball, to name a few. Island activities include boat tours, fishing, fine dining, shelling, sunset cruises, dolphin-watching cruises, and more!
The Space:
Renter responsible for $100 per vehicle registration fee at check-in, payable by check, credit card or check.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo, storage closet, laundry, gym, and resort amenities.
Other Things to Note:
Renter responsible for $100 per vehicle registration fee at check-in, payable by check, credit card or check. Renter must also sign rental agreement between renter and owner to be allowed through the gate and for registration.
