Condado is one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in San Juan — steps away from the beach, packed with great restaurants, boutiques, cafés, and just a short ride from Old San Juan. What I love most is the mix of modern city life with laid-back Caribbean vibes. You can walk to the beach in the morning, grab brunch overlooking the ocean, and enjoy nightlife or art galleries all within the same area. It’s safe, walkable, and full of life — perfect for solo travelers, couples, or business trips.

Our apartment offers a mix of comfort, convenience, and stunning views right in the heart of Condado. Located on a high floor, you’ll get panoramic views of the city, airport, and even El Yunque on a clear day. The space has been recently renovated with brand-new floors, A/C units, and modern windows for maximum comfort and peace.
