House w/ Pool. Super Clean. New Kitchen and Modern Décor, Close to Down Town Tampa, Ybor City, Hard Rock Casino, 8 min to Tampa International Airport, & Beaches.
Completely disinfected after every guest. Roomy, spacious, quiet, clean and close to everything. Enjoy a great stay, visit one of the best beaches in FL, Clearwater Beach. Enjoy great restaurants nearby.
There is an occupied apartment in the front of house. Only foyer and driveway are shared w/ guest.

Home has open floor plan with large Great Room, remodeled kitchen with Quartz Countertops, new Stainless Steel Appliances, Modern Décor, Fireplace, Large 60" TV., Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, over-sized Walk-in Closet and in-suite bathroom. 2nd Bedroom with Bunk Bed (Single over Double) w/ closet and dresser with plenty of storage, 3rd Bedroom with Queen size bed, closet, dresser.
Private exclusive use of the Pool & Patio containing outdoor furniture, dining, and bench swing.
