Second time staying here and it was great! Super clean and check in/out is simple. KIDS: Perfect place for families with young children. Crib, high chair, single stroller, pool toys/floats, kid plates/utensils, and toys are all available in the unit. Never heard neighbors. Fantastic pool w/zero entry area in the shade for the kids. LOCATION: Unit is around a 25 minute drive from Disney parks. Traffic has never been an issue. Also right by a Dutch Bros and Publix which is so nice!DETAILS: The management company forgot to restock the laundry detergent and one bathroom soap, but most vrbos don’t even offer those things and you have to buy way more than you can even use. This VRBO provides detergent, paper towels, soap, etc, and that makes such a huge difference!Owners are so friendly and responsive. My kids love all the Mickey details. We’ll definitely be back soon! Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome stay

We recently stayed here along with family. It was one of memorable stay. Right from beginning the communication sent to us and checking on us if all good once checked in were awesome. House was beautiful , things were well organized and neat. Instructions were pasted in right place. I would highly recommend for family to stay here. This place is secured and good atmosphere. Beautiful house

Stayed here while on Spring break with our kids and our parents. There is a bedroom downstairs, which was convenient for our older Uncle that isn’t great with stairs. Other bedrooms were neat and clean. Sleeps 8 very comfortably (we had 7.) Pool was nice. Gym was clean. Grocery store right next door. Resort desk had a place to buy park tickets. And there were turtles at the pond in the middle of community that the kids loved. Pam and Bill were easy to get a hold of if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this house to family/friends vacation.

Great location

This unit is situated at just a 5 minute walk to the pool area. Ideal location, very spacious. The unit is very well equipped for kids of all ages. The owners are super sweet and responsive. Great place

Host were great and great at answering any questions we had for them. Dryer went out while there and they had a new one delivered, so we could get our laundry done before going on our cruise. Everything was wonderful.

Not ideal for families

They do not keep sufficient supplies in the kitchen (if you plan to cook) or in the laundry. The bathrooms also lack basic supplies. You will need to get everything including body wash, soaps,etc.

the property was comfortable and accommodating beside some of the check out rules as for the trash goes. The lazy river is killer of vacation that thing has a aera that riped the skin from my big toe thats still giving me problems today and I rented back in july Im looking for answers as to what caused this injury it needs to be fixed asap.

Wonderful house.

My grandchildren loved the Disney decorations! The house had all the necessary items for children -- pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, life jackets, beach toys, wagon, house toys. We had a wonderful stay -- just wish we could have had more time to enjoy the ammenities provided at this resort.

Loved the resort and condo. It had everything we needed. Everyone at the check in desk was very helpful. Resort and condo very clean. Condo owners checked on us upon arrival to be sure everything was ok. They also answered all email questions quickly.

Best house, best hosts, amazing for families and kids!

The best! CLEAN: Floors spotless, no hair in the bathroom, no weird residue leftover! So clean. KIDS: Stayed w/ a baby and toddler. My toddler LOVED all the toys and books! We loved the highchair and baby gate! We put the crib right next to the bed at a higher setting like a bedside bassinet. The large bed worked well for cosleeping. Baths were easy to give in the master bath. Having laundry available was huge w/ kids. I had diapers delivered to the house with no issues. Life jackets and pool toys included. Perfect place for kids! COMFORT: Beds/furniture are super comfy. Good water pressure w/ adjustable shower heads, plenty of hot water. AC worked extremely well. The water/ice from the fridge was good (no weird taste, just refreshing). We did not use every TV, but the ones we did use were smart TVs or had Rokus. NO noise from other units! EXTRAS: 3 dishwasher tabs, small bottle of laundry detergent paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and garbage bags provided. SO nice to go home with clean clothes! HOSTS: Pam promptly answered all my questions! She personally called the house to make sure we got in okay and that everything looked good. After some trouble getting one of the TVs to work, Pam responded very quickly to figure out a solution, and we were enjoying a movie in no time! You can tell they really care about their guests. Simply the best hosts you’ll ever find. CHECK IN/OUT: Zero issues. Short and simple checkout procedure. Thanks for a lovely stay! We’ll be back!

Great Stay

Superb house, pretty good location. Host very responsive. All the necessary supplies with stores real close. Only 1 complaint and that would be traffic- it’s horrible.

Excellent host and stay

This turned out to be an ideal place for us to stay (seven in total). We usually have always stayed at Disney properties but with seven of us this was much more economical plus it did not take us longer than the Disney buses. The resort pool/bar turned out to be a convenient place to hang out. Pam and Bill were excellent hosts that followed up to make sure we were comfortable and situated. Highly recommended.

Pam and Bill McCreary live in Louisville, KY (Home of the Kentucky Derby). We have been married for over 40 years and have two adult children along with grandchildren. We have visited the Orlando Area annually and know what it takes to present a fun, relaxing vacation for you. We have made sure these nice extra touches are included in our townhome. We welcome you to share in our Florida home with us.

We stayed here in August 2010 and liked it so much we bought a unit. We completely updated it for your and our use. You have everything you need at the resort to the point there is no reason to leave, but you are also close to all of the Orlando Area attractions.

We are two short blocks from the resort pool, restaurant and other amenities - less than 300 yards (275 meters) - you will not need to drive back and forth from our home. We have added several nice family friendly touches like the children's wagon, the library of movies and books, the wall mounted flat screen TV's in every bedroom, a coffee bar, the large full size washer and dryer and the large yard directly outside the rear of the unit. The first floor Master Bath has been equipped with safety bars for entry/exit safety, a portable bench and optional hose mounted shower head.
