Luxury Floating House - Boat Tree Marina on St. John’s River, Sanford

Perfect floating getaway for couples. All the comforts of home on this 12x40 floating retreat.
Located in Boat Tree Marina which has boat rentals, eating options and free parking.
Relax on our private deck and watch the boats idle by and see the occasional alligator or manatee. Lots of turtles too!
Fully stocked kitchen with cook top, oven/microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator.
Beautiful large bathroom with residential type fixtures and a walk-in tile shower!!
Free public parking close to dock.
-Cabana Live Bar and Grill is far enough that the music won't bother you but close enough for an easy walk. It also has a free swimming pool for patrons and HUGE big screen TV's surrounding the pool area with fabulous food for lunch and dinner. (NOTE: The bar & grill is temporarily closed. Marina management is seeking a new tenant venue.)
-Connie's Deli is also within the marina and offers wonderful breakfast and lunch.
5 minute drive to Central Florida Zoo and Botanical Center.
10 minute drive to historic downtown Sanford.
18 minutes drive to Sanford International Airport (SFB)

Great little place in the marina! Very modern and clean. All the comforts of home. Bed was so comfy!! Saw lots of turtles! Yes, they beg! Place was perfect for the two of us! I’m giving a shout out to Connie and the folks at Connie’s deli! Great food at an incredible price! We also went to the zoo. Only about 5 minutes away. A fireman’s rescue boat was beside us and they went out for some rescue practice one morning.

The houseboat was just as listed with all of the amenities needed for a great weekend stay. Really enjoyed being able to open up the windows to the deck and enjoy the great Florida weather by the water. The host was very easy to communicate with and would definitely recommend.

The view and atmosphere are great. Locals are friendly and breakfast, lunch and dinner are all just steps away! The host is amazing and I highly recommend this listing if you are in the area.

So great to stay in this modern Houseboat with the water right there. It was well stocked and clean. The gentle rocking was only noticed if you looked for it, slept well on comfy bed with great pillows. Neighbors were all so nice and found catfish, turtles and a small gater. Enjoyed my days there.

great place when you love the atmosphere of a harbour

The place is special and nice, we loved it and would come again. We suggest a possibility to shade the porch against direct sunligt.

Wonderfully relaxing

Amazing place to stay. Just the right size for a couple. Great location, a lot of things to do close by. Two places to eat right within the marina. Host was excellent quickly responding to every message I sent him. Would definitely recommend!

Floating home in Boat tree marina

I enjoyed my 5 night stay . The rental unit was well furnished plus more than adawuate light fixtures. The cafe and Cabana live were great too.

After a few initial issues, Jay was able to help with resolving some, soap and water took care of others. Very happy with our stay, we'll definitely be back!

Excellent Stay

The property is exactly as it shows in the listing. Its new and modern with all the comforts of a...non-floating home. The view out over the water from the rear deck is the best part as expected. The owner was extremely responsive to my many questions. I look forward to staying here again.

Awesome houseboat

Our stay at the marina on the Floating Boathouse was amazing. The boat was beautifully appointed and very clean!! Easy entry and great communication with the host. The boat had everything we needed. An adult group went as our friends stayed on other boats in the marina, but ours was amazing!! Will definitely book this again..
