Summary:
Adorable beach bungalow just a short walk to the beach! Enjoy the privacy of this home nestled back in a cul-de-sac in the gated community of Emerald Shores. Restaurants and convenience shopping is located within walking distance, along with two pools and the gorgeous Emerald coast and sugar white sands!

The Space:
Down stairs hosts a full bathroom, perfect for showering off when you come back from the beach! There is an open living area that opens to a private, covered patio which is perfect for grilling and relaxing with family. Upstiars there is a master bedroom with a king bedroom and private master bath. The guest bedroom has also has a private bath, a full bed and a twin over full bunkbed- ideal for kids or extra guests.

The Neighborhood:
Gated community located between Highway 98 and Scenic beach road 98. Walking distance to Kenny D's and Captain Daves Restaurants and the new Dollar General store behind the neighborhood on HIghway 98.

Other Things to Note:
Pets must be under 30lbs.

Our family really loved the house. We loved the pool and the backyard for our dog. There is some things that i need to point out to be fixed with this rental. The 1st one is in the master bedroom the TV has no sound coming from the speakers. It sounds like a gurgling sounds, it needs to be fixed. Pictured below in the 2nd bedroom, the bunkbed on the top was broken so we could not use that bed which was and is not safe for a child. But overall, we did have fun and we did love staying at this rental. We would love to come again.

We had a great time and it is a great little house in a great location close to the beach. The only issue I had was with the AC. The thermostat is upstairs and the 1st level stayed much warmer. It was initially set to 74 and it felt like 80 downstairs. I set it to 68 which made the 1st level comfortable but the 2nd level cold. Also, after we left, we discovered that we left a blanket. We couldn't find a phone number for the host. The only option we had was texting her and hope she saw it before the cleaners did anything with the blanket. Fortunately, she does respond in a timely matter. Still, texting instead a substitute for a phone call. We did get the blanket.I would definitely stay there again.
Grandkids at the pool.
Bought a cheap pool for the dogs but the grandkids ended up using it. Note: it wasn't there long and did not kill the grass.

Clean comfortable house within 10 minute walk to the beach.

Well-appointed two bedroom three bathroom house. Some of the aminities included a charcoal grill, some beach toys, a wagon to carry things to the beach and plenty of outdoor and outdoor seating. Note the neighborhood HOA wants guests to wear wristbands while using the neighborhood pools and the beach area. Thankfully $30 provides bands for the entire party.
