Step into this 16th floor corner unit with water view from every angle. This fully remodeled two bedroom, two full baths, condo has all the bells and whistles, updated throughout. The gorgeous white kitchen, wood cabinets, quartz countertops throughout includes an eat in island, and dining room with seating for 10. As you enter the condominium, the view will draw you in. Straight ahead the cozy sectional, recliner in the living room complete with a queen Murphy bed to accommodate extra guests. Step out on the balcony overlooking the stunning Gulf of America and soak in the sun to enjoy your morning coffee. Enter the spacious Master bedroom from the balcony stepping into a fully updated King bedroom with a beautifully remodeled bathroom and walk-in closet. A large second bedroom includes a queen bunk bed with a bonus queen sized trundle for comfortable family sleeping . Walk-in closets in the spare bedroom and off the balcony for plenty of storage. The kitchen includes a large walk-in pantry with extra storage. Cabinets galore. Fully stocked for all household needs. Toaster, coffee pot, teapot, single pod Keurig, dishes, pots, pans, and more. Monthly rentals welcome, multiple month discount offered.

We have both been living and raising our family in this part of Florida for over 30 years. We enjoy family, cooking, traveling, taking care of things ourselves and the sound of our oceans. The beach, sunrises and sunsets are our favorite ways to start and end or days.

Sand Key is primarily a residential area. The bustle and entertainment are just 6 minutes by car or bus North over the bridge on Clearwater beach.
We enjoy the privacy and quiet of our neighborhood and the proximity of all our area has to offer. Restaurants, fishing, golf, airports St.Petersburg, Clearwater, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Tarpon Springs.

Clean modern up to date with an un challenged view from all windows. This 16th floor corner unit has plenty of privacy, with beach access. A newly landscaped pool area complete with Bag Toss / Cornhole fixtures, showers and impeccably clean and sanitized bathrooms.
