Beautiful house shaded by gorgeous oaks. Located at the Port Royal Marina you can bring your boat and make a slip reservation at Safe Harbour Port Royal. Walk to Marker 244 and grab a bite. BBQ grill in the back yard will complete your daily catch. Charters and excursion charter at the marina in walking distance. Lovely fenced back yard with plenty of shade and room to entertain. WIFI and theater quality surround sound useable in two large, inviting living areas. 6 minutes to Beaufort and 4 min from Port Royal. Lists of festivals and oyster roast almost year round. I’ve decided to share my home that I’ve been blessed with for other to enjoy. Quiet road with only one way in and out. Have a look, and if your young adult is graduating Parris Island..SEMPER FI and enjoy your celebration! If your visiting treat the locals with the love and respect they will show you!

An Amazing family getaway

We had an amazing time it was so beautiful and comfortable like we never left home made me want to look into buying a home in the area everyone was so family friendly we felt at home so many new thing to see with the kids nobody missed home definitely doing it again soon at the same place the property manage was reliable and accommodating we send our thanks we will be back

Nice location at the Marina

Overall nice stay. Nice to have four bedrooms and ample bathrooms. Walking distance to the marina and restaurant. The owner was available whenever we had a question and was very helpful. We would stay here again.

Feb 2024 Stay

When we arrived, the refrigerator had used items such as juice, cheeses and condiments and freezer had meat and other items. It was a bit odd having used items in the fridge for guest as it made you feel like someone just left to allow you to stay the weekend. Garbage disposal broke and leaked water all over bottom of sink but we did communicate that and owner was responsive. Listing had hot tub listed as an amenity but there is not one on this property. No biggie but the teens were expecting it. Location is very convienant to everything. I'd stay there again nothing "wrong" with the house - just felt it should have been turned over differently with the fridge and freezer items.

Great stay and Amazing location

We had a Wonderful visit at George's cute house! Plenty of room for the 6 of us, plus our Marine after Graduation ❤️ The location is AMAZING and the neighbors we met were very nice. Couldnt recommend this place more!

George the owner was more than welcoming. Great communication. Property was perfect tons of space for a nice size family. Perfect location if you have a Maine graduation at Parris Island. Only 10min drive. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely perfect!!

Great location for Parris Island! Absolutely beautiful, scenic neighborhood right on the water and lovely home. It was the perfect place for our family of 6 to stay with plenty of room for all of us while we celebrated our new Marine! And the owner was amazing to work with and bent over backwards to make sure our stay was great!! Wish we could give it 10 stars!!
