The host uses a “site manager” who is mentally unstable, highly toxic, childish, immature, & unprofessional!We never received the check-in details, so I contacted the host, and the manager yelled at me for not knowing what to do.The Wi-Fi didn’t work most of the time, and when it did, it’s was as slow as dial-up internet. The result is we often had to go outside and use our cell phone service to get an internet connection. When I explained this to the manager, he yelled at me again, and threatened me, and lied about the internet, and refused to do anything to resolve the issue.After we had already checked in, the manager posted a notice they were going to treat our unit and other units with pest control. We asked that our unit be skipped while we were staying there, since my elderly mother can have allergic reactions to certain chemicals. Instead of working with us towards a solution, the manager again yelled at me, threatened me yet again, and claimed my mother’s allergies aren’t real, and that if we wanted to have the pest control rescheduled for another week, that we would have to pay for it. This is despite the fact we were NEVER given notice prior to our check-in.Also, the bed was so hard and the futon-sofa so uncomfortable, that it was painful, thus we ended up checking out over a day early, just to get away from this horrible experience.I let the manager know we were checking out early and would be leaving an honest review, and he threatened me again
