LightHouse is a newly-built luxury 4bd/4.5ba townhouse designed in Southwestern modern and equipped with NINE (9) BEDS to easily host the largest groups and families. The 360-degree rooftop terrace with skyline views playfully extends under a canopy of lights and includes outdoor seating & dining for 12. LightHouse is located 3/4 of a mile to ♥Broadway/DT/Gulch hotspots♥ and borders trendy Marathon Village & Capital View with whiskey distilleries, wine bars, comedy, and restaurants. The property boasts high ceilings, large group seating, a generous front cafe-style patio, vinyl record player, five (5) tvs (including two, 75-inch) and bedrooms with iron boards, irons, curlers, steamers, and hairdryers so your group doesn't miss events. No expense was spared to provide the utmost in Nashville accommodation for your celebratory group.

Great place to stay in Nashville! The location is perfect—just minutes from both Broadway and The Gulch. The beautiful rooftop view was a huge bonus and made for a great place to relax and hang out. It’s an excellent setup for a bachelor or bachelorette party, with easy access to all the nightlife and attractions. Adam was awesome to work with and made the entire experience easy from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is amazing, very clean, great location and a lot of extras. Each bath was stocked with towels, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, cotton pads, Q tips and floss picks. The living area and kitchen was very accommodating for my group of 8. The front balcony was a plus, but the rooftop was definitely the deal breaker. Adam our host was phenomenal and available the one time we contacted him. Overall, this property is one of the best and having a host like Adam made it even better. Thank you Adam for trusting us in you our space.

Great home and service

Home is gorgeous and as advertised. Adam was a great host we popped a breaker and he responded within 5 minutes and arrived 5 minutes later. We will be staying here everytime we are in Nashville. Neighborhood is up and coming but slightly sketchy. We had no problems personally.
