Renovated in 2023! Updated, open floor plan with lots of lighting. Fully equipped and renovated kitchen, updated master bath, updated laundry, designed to provide a modern look and feel.

This 3-bedroom 2 bath duplex has a wonderful wrap-around porch that captures ocean breezes and is located on the coveted Gold Coast, one street away from the beach. Awnings encompass the porch where you can spend pleasant mornings drinking coffee and lovely evenings playing cards, talking and having a cool beverage with friends. You can entertain 6 comfortably for dinner.

This property is located 1 block from the 22nd street beach and 2 blocks from Uncle Bill’s Pancake House, Naughty Donuts, Aunt Betty’s Ice Cream Parlor and Blitz’s family market (Some great sandwiches!). The boardwalk ends at 23rd Street, the quiet end of the boards. We are situated between the nicest beaches on the island - the 22nd Street beach which has a lifeguard and the big 23rd Street beach. We provide beach chairs, beach towels and kid’s beach toys. Enjoy our home and make summer family memories here!

Checkout time is firm!. Cleaning service has a 4 hour window to get all properties changed over for incoming renters.
No grilling near structure for insurance reasons. If you have a grill, please use it in the back alley area or along the front sidewalk area.
No loud noise after 10 PM. Please keep music and other loud noise to a minimum after 10 PM to be respectful of the upstairs owner.

The place was clean, the host was very responsive, and everything was well represented in the listing. We had chairs and beach toys available, which we often do not get with our OC rentals. The reservation also came with 2 reserved parking spaces. The kitchen is adequately stocked for a group of 3-4. Appliances, including washer & dryer, were all in great condition as well. It was a lovely stay, will be looking here again!

Beautiful place! We had such a wonderful time and this is the perfect place to stay. Wonderful host and amazing location. It was so comfortable and clean as well. Already looking forward to staying here next year!

Clean, safe and convenient.

This was a very nice and clean location with plenty of items in stock to make our stay a success. The beach was a very close walk and there is a deli/store, doughnut shop and ice cream shop in close walking distance. The Acme was a short drive or bike ride away. It’s a bit of a walk to the boardwalk but close enough for a bike ride or short drive. It was nice to be close enough to everything but far enough away to be away from the crowded areas. We are definitely planning to book here again.
