Walking distance to Restaurants, shopping and gorgeous sandy beaches on the Gulf.

Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath modern oasis located on the pool side. It has two master bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other with a queen, and their own master bath. There is a third guest room with twin beds. The living room has comfortable furnishings with cozy, warm atmosphere. This unit will sleep up to eight guests including with two sleeping on the couches. The kitchen is fully equipped ready to meet your needs for a full dinner or quick snack. The patio is equipped with a barbecue pit, outdoor ice chest and a kiddy wagon with children`s life jackets. For your convenience there is a washer and dryer. This is your home away from home! This condo will make your vacation last forever in your fondest vacation memories!

Please note: Guests are welcome to use the BBQ grills by the pool area, but propane/charcoal is not provided. You’ll need to bring your own fuel.

As part of our commitment to providing a comfortable living environment, we supply an initial supply of toiletries upon move-in. This includes essentials such as toilet paper- one roll per bathroom, hand soap, dish washing soap, 1 dish washing pod, 1 wrapped sponge, 1 roll paper towels, 2 trash bags, 1 single use size shampoo/conditioner/lotion per / full bathroom, 2 disposable toothbrushes and 1 toothpaste per / full bathroom.

However, please be aware that any additional toiletries beyond the initial supply will be the responsibility of the tenant. We kindly ask that you manage your toiletry needs accordingly and purchase additional items as necessary
