While the trade-winds are lovely, you'll also love the comfort of having a split (quiet) A/C in the open living/dining/kitchen area.

The Floor-plan:
The open-design main living area features cozy seating, breakfast bar seating, a smart TV, and spacious outdoor lanai with additional seating and a garden view

Well-Appointed Kitchen:
Full size range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and breakfast bar.
Yes, the toaster, blender and coffee maker are in there too.

Two bedrooms:
Cal king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed in the secondary bedroom.
note: the queen is a sleeper sofa, but features a true queen mattress (not the folding kind) for your sleeping comfort

One bathroom with tub/shower combo and stacked washer/dryer

The Coconut Coast is a great place have as "home base" to explore the island of Kaua'i! It's central location makes popping up to Hanalei Bay one day and cruising up to Waimea Canyon another day pretty easy in your rental car. Kaua'i Kailani is conveniently located in the oceanfront town of Kapa'a on Kauai's sunny eastern shore and is located just 7 miles from the Lihue Airport. Explore an array of fun activities, local shops, and charming restaurants. Bike the Kapa'a Coastal Multi-use Path, Hike the Sleep Giant Trail, Explore Botanical Gardens, and so much more!

The unit was very clean and well set up. The management company did an excellent job before we arrived giving us detailed instructions as to arrival times and things we needed to know about the unit and parking. When we had an issue with an appliance they were very quick to respond to our inquiry and resolve the issue. The departure instructions were concise and easy to follow.

Excellent value

The place is clean and very well equipped, and the people are easy to deal with. Two caveats -- the location is convenient but noisy, very near the highway, and the double bedroom does not have opaque doors, so don't put your early sleepers in there.

Nice Unit

Overall the place is nice. Had trouble with parking even though I was assigned a spot. They did help me with the car that parked in two spots. Located in a very coinvent area.

Good location

Too close to major hwy. way too noisy. All the time. Outdoor furniture falling apart 2 of 4 chairs unusable. Window in primary bedroom would not open. Inside furniture has old people covers, seen in old folks home. Only two people could watch tv at one time. Hide a bed in one of the bedrooms instead of a bed. But close to shopping and restaurants.
