Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay near Clearwater Beach, sporting venues, Dunedin, and many other beaches nearby. Clearwater beach is rated the #1 sugary beach in the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful 4 bedroom home is equipped with fast wifi, large private back yard and pool. Spend your day relaxing by the pool or venture out to one of the many fun filled activities the area has to offer and build lasting memories with family or friends! Our house is centrally located to many grocery stores, shopping centers and restaurants.

Prior to your departure please place a load of towels in th we washer and run it. Also wash all dishes used or place in dishwasher and run it.

Please make sure all windows and doors are locked.

Place all trash in dumpsters. Roll dumpsters to edge of driveway on the mornings on Tuesdays and Fridays and upon departure.

Nice stay for good price

Good location that is within a short drive to many attractions. Allan was very responsive to all of our communications. Plenty of space for the 6 of us with comfortable amenities.

Perfect Family Stay

Loved the 4 bedrooms. Great place for 2 or 3 families depending on # of kids. Room with bunk beds had 2 sets, sleeping 5 people total and plenty of room to add crib or playpen. Beach towels in linen closet with other linens. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and flotation devices onsite. Maybe a wagon too? Bathroom also stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. I was not expecting that, so that was nice. Beds and furniture comfortable. Washer and dryer TV in room with bathroom attached and tv in living room. They had hangars and the things youv put your suitcase on. I definitely felt like they tried to think of everything we would need and had them onsite. I'd totally stay here again when we come back. Right on edge of Dunedin. CVS, Publix, and Dunkin within 5 minutes. Mall about 10 minutes. Great location.

We love to travel and explore new places. We are from St. Louis, MO and we love beach destinations. Clearwater appealed to us because there is so much to do in the nearby areas. We loved watching the sunsets during dinner in Dunedin, Clearwater and the many beaches and restaurants along the coast line.
