Balcony 1
Step out through the floor to ceiling living room slider onto a balcony that opens to captivating Mobile Bay views. Enjoy your morning coffee with seating for three.

From this balcony, you can also see two out of the five guest boat slips available for your use on a first come first serve basis.

Balcony 2
The second balcony, accessible from the 2nd bedroom, overlooks the harbor, pool, and hot tub. With seating for two, it's a perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventures.

As the day winds down, prepare for the most beautiful sunsets from both balconies!

Amenities
Enjoy access to the two fresh water pools and hot tubs at the complex, lounge poolside on the patio, or grill out in the public picnic area. There is parking for two cars. One parking pass is included with the reservation. One additional Parking pass may be purchased for $40 and must be done so 72 hours prior to arrival. The unit also includes complimentary Wi-Fi, Dish Network, and in-unit washer and dryer. There are stairs and elevator access up to the unit. Luggage carts are available for your use during loading and unloading. There are 5 guest boat slips that are available for guest use on a first come, first serve basis. We do not guarantee the availability of a boat slip at any time. The slips vary from 16' - 20' wide and around 40' long. There is a boat launch available in the harbor for your use if the slips are all utilized. Please note that all boat trailers must be parked outside the gated area on the grass.

When you book with us, rest assured that we've got every detail covered for your perfect getaway!

Please be aware that during windy conditions, you may hear the wind outside more prominently, as Fort Morgan is a peninsula. Our Homeowners' Association is actively addressing this issue to explore potential improvements in noise reduction.

BabyQuip delivers and sets up the gear for you, and picks it up when you’re finished with it. This service allows you to skip all the packing and enjoy your vacation from the moment you arrive.

- A rental agreement will be emailed to you and needs to be signed within 48 hours in order to complete the booking & reserve your dates.
