Welcome to Nauti-Cola, a stunning home in the heart of downtown Pensacola, perfectly situated across from Pensacola Bay and Bruce Beach. Just a 10-minute stroll away you’ll find incredible restaurants, vibrant nightlife, and Wahoo’s Stadium. From the balcony, enjoy peekaboo views of the bay, spot dolphins and birds, and even catch the Blue Angels practicing overhead. We are just 5 minutes from Pensacola Yacht Club and 15 minutes from Pensacola Beach! Pensacola does parades like nowhere else and you can watch the floats drive by and cheer them on as they “pre-party” before lining up hours before each parade! It is a blast!

The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for preparing fresh seafood from Joe Patti’s, only a 5-minute walk away, or mixing cocktails to enjoy while watching the post-game fireworks from the balcony. Relax in the sun on the balcony or unwind in the backyard, surrounded by a nautical-themed interior that’s both stylish and functional.

This home is beautiful and well maintained. Extremely convenient location in Downtown Pensacola where you can walk to Palafox area for the night life. Several great restaurants in this area to get local seafood, watch your favorite sports and even a swanky whiskey bar or wine bar to just chill and relax. A new park just down the street on the beautiful water to enjoy. We will definitely be back again.

Great location! My son and I ran the Pensacola Half Marathon that started at Wahoo Stadium, just a few blocks away. It’s also an easy walk to Palafox Street. We made a long weekend out of it and had a great time. The house was clean and cute.

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful. It was great to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with us having 2 teenage girls and a boy..lol.. It is in a decent location and the beach is not far away. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Great Spot Near Downtown

The Bruce Beach is a nice relaxing spot near Nauti-Cola. Quiet conveniently located near downtown Pensacola. We were able to get to places via Uber quickly. Property Manager was amazing and very helpful in finding places to go, things to do, and where to eat. Overall enjoyable vacation!

Excellent property for a group!

Excellent overall. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was very convenient for our group of 5. The host was very quick to reply to questions. Main Street is a busy street but noise was not too bad. We sat on the porch and watched the people go by!

Property was clean and convenient. The problem was outside smelt like sewage and the master bedroom had alot of street noise making it difficult to sleep.

Clean & Convenient

Two requirements we have for VRBO stays: Must be clean and orderly; and convenient to local restaurants and activities. This unit met both with 5 STARS. This property is relatively new, very clean and organized. On the western edge of downtown Pensacola and very convenient. Great stay. Since we go to Pensacola often, we'll gladly stay again.

Comfortable and accomodating

Great property that provides a warm, clean, and cozy stay while in Pensacola. The coffee accommodations were nice and host ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location is close to everything. I will absolutely look to stay here in the future!

Great short stay

We stayed during our dance nationals. It was a perfect place to stay. We were at the Pensacola Bay Center it was a very easy drive there and back. The host was very accommodating. The house was very nice. I would recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay

Overall this place was a wonderful stay! The description of the property was accurate- it was very clean. There’s a small access to a small beach across the street but the drive to Pensacola beach was about 20 minutes. A quick walk to many restaurants and things to do!

Originally from Colorado, we LOVE to travel and decided to sell everything and buy an RV and tour the country. We weren't looking for anything in particular, just a new adventure. So we pulled up our roots and headed out to explore and possibly find a new home base.

The trip took about 2 years and was filled with many fun adventures! When we stayed near Pensacola we fell in love with the area! The restaurants are amazing, the people are kind, the community supports local businesses and artists and there is always a festival or event to go to! Then we saw the beach and we knew we had found our piece of paradise!

Now that we have a couple STRs and our home here, we have discovered that we truly enjoy creating experiences for guests here in Pensacola that are unforgettable.

This area is walk-able to all the great things Pensacola has to offer. It's right downtown and has views of the bay! You can see the post game fireworks, hear concerts and relax on the balcony looking at the bay. There is a new park and beach area across the street with beach chairs and a kayak launch area too!
It's right across the street from Joe Pattie's fresh seafood market, so you can grab the fresh catch of the day and cook it up in your kitchen.

Nauti-Cola is one of the closest rentals to the bay and downtown. It is brand new and has fun nautical accents throughout. Each room has its own full bathroom and the kitchen is large enough for everyone to hang out. The balcony has peak-a-boo views of the bay and of downtown. On parade days, the floats drive right in front of the home and it’s fun to sit on the balcony and cheer them on! We also have great views of the Blue Angels practicing every Tuesday and Wednesday morning April-early November and post game fireworks!
