This unit is centrally located with quick access to so many things! Shopping centers, ski resorts, concert venues, airports, and downtown SLC are all a short drive away. Great little basement Apartment

The apartment was nice and clean. Any problems we had were taken care of fast and they were wonderful to work with. It is tight for 6 adults, not everyone can sit at the table or couch at a time, but we made it work.

Lovely little apartment in quiet neighborhood

We stayed for 4 nights with our teen son. Everything was clean and well maintained. It was cool in the summer heat. The only drawbacks were that the couch and dining seating are pretty uncomfortable and you can hear movement upstairs. But, the good stuff was that the beds were comfortable, there are plenty of blankets and pillows, the kitchen had what we needed, the appliances were nice, the bathroom was a good size, the air conditioning was good, the community pool was big enough and pretty quiet (kids were back in school, not sure if that made a difference). There isn't a lot nearby, so plan to drive to areas that have more activities. We chose it because we wanted to be close to desert dirt bike trails and it was really nice to not have to drive through traffic while tired after riding. We definitely recommend this rental.
