We had a lovely stay for our 40th anniversary. I believe we have stayed here nine times and it’s always a pleasure. The home is spotless and such a relaxing atmosphere to just kick back.

Great stay!

Definitely the best place we have stayed in hands down. This may have been our 8th visit. I think that says it all. It’s just a wonderful place to stay with everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Lovely as always!

If I mention this is our 7th visit, that should be more than enough. This is our favorite place to stay in Cape Coral, barring none. The house is immaculate, the location is great, and we so enjoy the morning sun. Wish we could stay more often!

Terrific stay

We loved our stay at Eric’s property. The area is very quiet and close to all the amenities needed! All furnishings were comfortable.The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook your meals. The heated pool and lanai area is perfect to relax and watch the fish jumping and boats passing by. Thanks Eric!!!

The property, the owner, and our stay have exceeded all expectations. We are extremely grateful for the hospitality and accommodation, it was an incredible stay, and our nicest accommodations in nearly a decade of spending our winters in Cape Coral. Enjoyed our stay here again

We stayed here a few years ago and again this year for about 10 days. We loved the pool and the amenities. Great location. Eric is great to work with and is very responsive.

Great stay!

This may be our fifth or sixth visit so you know that means we totally enjoy everything about the home. Great location, lovely accommodations, and we had a nice, relaxing visit. We will be back in March and can’t wait.

Best vacation home

Want to say thank you to Eric and his mom a very wonderful person who came out quickly to change something in the pool. The pool was amazing we all couldn’t get enough of it. Especially 1 am swims the kids loved it. The view of the canal waking up every morning and seeing that hands down the best vacation home I have ever stayed at. The house is big and beautiful a very quiet neighborhood. I cannot wait to come Back here. Definitely my go to vacation home love Cape Coral Thank you again for sharing your home

Week in paradise

We are touring Florida looking for the town we would want to retire. This time we visited Cape Coral and were happy to find this home for rent. They had everything we could ever need and more. The Pool is a highlight, but the kitchen/bathrooms/and access to a quiet subdivision were perfect. My family of 4 came down, and we enjoyed bike rides to local restaurants for meals and ice cream shops. The home is in the center of several perfect beaches within 30-minute drive. I walked to the Publix grocery store and cooked dinner in the well-equipped kitchen/outdoor grill. The area was very nice, but the home was the icing on the cake. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here.

Property was advertised with no unpleasant surprises.

We totally enjoyed staying at this property for the month of August. We invited some family members as well as some friends to enjoy this property, and no-one was disappointed. We only had two minor issues and they were quickly resolved by Eric and Diane. The neighborhood was quiet, and met several of the neighbors while walking our dog. Centrally located a short drive to Sanible and Ft. Myers. It doesn't get any better than this!!! Thanks again to Eric, Diane, and Craig.

Didn’t want to leave…

The house is exactly as pictured. Beautiful inside and outside. My family and I really enjoyed relaxing on the lanai and using the outdoor kitchen. The pool is large and heavenly, beds are comfy. Eric provides everything you could need. I enjoyed my morning coffee as I watched the sunrise. 35 minutes to Sanibel Island. 30 minutes to Fort Myers Airport. Eric communicated well and quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay and didn’t want to leave. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Eric for a wonderful stay.

The house is beautiful and very accommodating..we all loved the pool and all the amenities the house had like pool toys, beach chairs etc…. Supermarkets, restaurants and beach close to the house was a plus. We would definitely come back for sure. The whole family loved it! It was an awesome vacation. Absolutely amazing!

This property was very well kept and fully stocked with so many extras which allowed for a wonderful and funfilled vacation! There were coolers, bicycles, pool toys, beach chairs, beach toys, and umbrellas. I highly recommend this property. It was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again if our travels take us to Cape Coral in the future.

Spacious rooms and relaxing outdoor/pool area

My kids loved pool time in the mornings/evenings to book-end our days' adventures. The rooms were spacious and the house came with a lot of accessory items (pack-n-play, pool toys, beach towels, beach umbrellas, etc). A 30+ minute drive to Sanibel was a bit longer than we would have liked, but the perks of the home itself was very worth it. This was a really great, relaxing vacation home. Lastly, the owner was super-helpful throughout the process

Well equipped Home

Fully equipped kitchen with dish towels etc.. Need hotplates. :) Clean bathrooms and bedrooms. The necessary broom & vacuum to clean during your stay. Labels on switches. Pictures are true to home. We were very pleased with our stay Very responsive owner. Area- loved watching the fish and waterfowl in the canal. 30 minutes to Ft Myers. Close to Sanibel too

Favorite House

The house is amazing. It is super clean and Eric provides everything that you. He is so easy to work with. We really enjoyed the master being on the other side of the house from the adult children. We rent from VRBO every year in all three of our adult children said this is their favorite house. The property is amazing, the pool is well kept, and Eric even has a backup propane tank so we never missed a barbecue. Our daughter accidentally broke a candle and when we notified Eric he assured us accidents happen...no worries. My husband and I have rented houses/condos through VRBO for years and this honestly was the best value for what you get as well as being incredibly well kept and clean. Don't wait to book this house it goes quickly.

My Favorite VRBO ever

Second trip to this house and it only gets better every time. Since our last stay a couple of years ago an outdoor kitchen has been added which is phenomenal and it is one rental that the owner so accommodating with kitchen utensils, supplies in the event you forgot to pack something! It is truly an exceptional property to rent and I can’t think of one thing negative about it. Look forward to our next trip there already.
