ABOUT THE SPACE: Pier Watch Villa Unit 308 is an oceanfront condo next to the Cherry Grove Pier in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. It accommodates up to 18 guests with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There are three parking spaces available. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, oven, cookware, flatware, washer and dryer, pool, hot tub, balcony, and game room. Great Location!

Great location with unobstructed water views/access! Nicely updated unit that was clean and plenty of room for our party of 12. Shopping and attractions just a short drive away.

Great location room for everyone

We stayed here for April break with 4 other families. Location was great, easy pool and beach access. Loved being close to the pier for fishing. House could use a couple updates items, broom/dustpan, vacuum needed to be cleaned to use, beach chairs, umbrellas would be a bu e touch as well. Overall we enjoyed our experience. Easy check in and out. Would stay here again.

great vacation spot

There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for all11 of us. The only problem was lack of more than 2 pillows for queen and king beds. The space was great, kitchen was great, The condo was great clean and beautifully decorated.

Great location

This condo unit was very spacious, clean, and a great location. It is steps away from the beach. There are a few items that needs repairing like the shower door in the downstairs King bedroom also the water pressure in the shower was very low in that bathroom as well.

Spacious rental, with fantastic oceanfront views, easy beach access, and a hot tub or pool for you to relax in.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach rental Pier Watch Villa I Unit 308 (Cherry Grove)! The location is absolutely perfect: just a short walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for you to drop off your chairs and umbrella. The house is spacious and perfect for large families or friends, with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, so everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The two separate family rooms were nice. There is also a mini frig upstairs for drinks and ice! All the necessary amenities were provided, including plenty of towels and a washer and dryer to keep on top of cleaning them. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, and the pool was a great spot for some fun in the sun. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located beach getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay location is convenient and near a lot of activities the unit was clean and the amenities were comfortable. We enjoyed the kitchen plenty of room for all of us. The only issue was the master on-suite bathroom the shower stall could use replacing it old and out dated. The other bathrooms were very well maintained and updated. We would book with you again in the future.

Condo was spacious however no bathroom on main floor except in the bedrooms. Would have been nice to have had a half bath so people would not have to go upstairs or through someone’s bedroom. Also cookware needs to be replaced, most pots and pans have rust in them. Balcony is very small with only 3 chairs

Great location and lots of space, needs more kitchen supplies

We had seven adults and four children. Overall it was very good, with a couple of issues. There was an ant problem, no matter how much we cleaned up after ourselves, and not just in the kitchen. We also cook when we are on vacation and the kitchen desperately needs more supplies, including basic dinnerware. Some of the baking sheets and frying pans were rusted or flaking. Other than those two issues, the space is great for big families and the views are wonderful.
