Bring the whole family to visit this tidy townhome in Olathe, KS. With much space to spread out and enjoy, this townhome boasts much fun to be had. An open floor plan on the main floor and a second finished living space in the basement, as well as 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths.

Roughly thirty minutes southwest of Kansas City, all of the larger city’s attractions and amenities are very easily accessible for residents of Olathe. The crime rate is considerably lower than both the state and national averages. Thirty city parks and two dozen neighborhood parks give residents ample space to spend time and play outside. Among the many public parks are Lake Olathe and Cedar Lake, popular destinations for boating, swimming, and just enjoying the scenery.

Your best bet is an Uber/Lyft ride!
HOUSE RULES

We require QUIET hours between 10:00pm. and 8:00am.

We have a strict NO party/event rule (please be courteous with your noise level.) Your reservationwill be terminated if there are multiple noise complaints.

Third party guests are not allowed, unless communicated and approved by the host.
Please keep the partying at another location - respect the neighbors.
There is NO smoking inside the unit. Smoking of any kind is prohibited. If there is any evidence
(smell or paraphernalia), there will be a $200.00 charge.
If something breaks, please notify me immediately.
All items are accounted for, if anything goes missing there will be additional charges incurred for replacement. Prices vary per item.
Stained towels, sheets or blankets (after being treated and/or bleached and washed and then mark doesn't come out) will be subject to additional charges for replacement.

Overall was a nice, comfy space, however, the cigarette smell from the neighbors next door was overwhelming. Also the dishes were somewhat dirty when we arrived.

We rented the property for a weekend visiting family in Olathe. Upon checking in we noticed the house was very cold. The thermostat was reading 59 but heat was set to 90. I assume the cleaning crew also realized it was cold and thought cranking it all the way up might help. Temperatures were getting down into the 30’s overnight and we were traveling with my infant son. I immediately reached out to the property owner and she was able to send a handyman within the hour. Luckily he was able to fix it but with check-in so late we had to miss dinner with family to ensure the handyman was able to fix the heat. I understand that things can break at anytime in a house but I wish the person who turned the thermostat to 90 in attempt to warm the house would have notified someone at that time that the heat may be going out. The other items of note were the house felt a little dirty and old. Found a razor cover in the shower left by a previous guest, several dead bugs in the windowsill, and the downstairs common area smelled like vomit. The broken items included some hooks in the bathroom and the mirror was cracked on the closet door. It’s worth mentioning this is a duplex. That wasn’t apparent from the listing. We did hear neighbors talking at certain times of the day but brought sound machines with us so it wasn’t a problem. Overall, I appreciated the homeowners swift repair of the heat and the house was ok for our 3 night stay but I would not stay here again.

The place was great. I would suggest to have some hand towels in the kitchen.there were dish rags but not towels. We couldn’t get the coffee machine to work.

I was expecting better from other reviews. Uncomfortable beds, sticky floors, 1 toilet didn’t flush, other was cracked and broken. Bathroom smelled like urine around the toilet. Vent fans were covered in dust. Basement is through the garage in its own room, odd and not what was quiet expected from the photos. Neighbors were loud and yelling at 3am- but I guess they did provide ear plugs in the room like noise was to expected. Check in code didn’t work and it took two hours, countless messages, texts, multiple phone calls to get a hold of the owner to fix the problem to get us in. Neighborhood was a convenient location. It worked for it’s purpose of the weekend, but probably wouldn’t go back to stay again.

Plenty of private space

Thank you for a wonderful week to stay while taking a class at K-State Olathe campus. There was plenty of space to study in the house and spread out. The neighborhood gave plenty of places to walk around and get exercise. I’ll stay again if I’m in the area!

Very clean and “bigger than it looks” on the outside. Came in for a wedding, very close to family. Nice residence!

Cute Townhouse

Clean, simple property that had everything we needed (full kitchen with dishes and utensils), cleaning supplies, detergent/dryer sheets, paper supplies, etc.). We're runners so appreciated the close access to a trail system. Good for a weekend stay.

Olathe Stay

Overall enjoyed our stay. This was a multi level structure, and to get to a bedroom or bathroom, stairs were involved. This would not be a good place for someone with mobility issues. Kitchen was cute and clean. Upstairs beds were comfortable. Downstairs bed wasn't. Great air conditioning and fans. Quiet neighborhood of working class families.

Perfect for a short visit

We needed a place for a family celebration of a graduation. This was small but worked for.all 8 of us. Conveniently located.
