Great Location and Amenities, but Cleanliness and Maintenance IssuesI had mixed feelings about our stay here. On the positive side, the location is absolutely fantastic, the resort amenities are great, and the check-in process was seamless. All entry codes and passwords worked perfectly on arrival.Unfortunately, the state of the condo itself was highly disappointing for a "luxury" listing. We had a group of 7 guests, but the listing failed to provide basic necessities:Amenities Misrepresentation: The listing stated 9 wristbands would be provided, but there were only 6. We also had no blankets available for the pull-out beds despite having 7 registered guests.Cleanliness Issues: There was stray hair throughout the entire condo, especially in the bathrooms, making us question if it had even been cleaned. The pillows and sheets had visible stains and were very off-putting to sleep on, and there were multiple stains on the furniture.Odor & Maintenance: The condo had a strong mildew/moldy odor that persisted even after we went out and bought our own supplies to mop the floors. Additionally, a ceiling fan in one of the rooms was broken and literally missing a blade, and the TV mount arm was completely loose and sagging (it needs an Allen wrench to be tightened).Because of the lack of upkeep and poor cleanliness, we likely won't stay here again. Hopefully, management addresses these maintenance and housekeeping gaps.

The unit at Calypso was close to Pier Park and within walking distance to great stores. Kitchen was fully stocked and the toiletries were a plus and not expected. I will definitely stay again.
