The space
This is a newer construction building that was built in 2014. I'm also a big techie, so I've upgraded the unit with lots of fun SmartHome features and gadgets like Amazon Echos (Alexa), Smart Lighting, Nespresso machine, UPS Power Backup with 6-8 hour backup battery (for the occasional power outage, this IS Puerto Rico, people!). I've also included mosquito repellant and a bug light for your stay. This is a tropical island, so remember there may be the occasional bug! I keep the place very tidy for both myself and guests, so please be sure to clean up after yourself and keep food/crumbs in the kitchen and front common area (dining/living room, etc.).

You have full access to the apartment. Please take care to respect the grounds and neighbors.

I like having nice things at the apartment for guests, and would like to continue having such things for everyone to enjoy, so please take good care of everything and wash/clean it after use and return it to it's spot. Thank you!!
