We are Roi and Depi. We live and work in CA and UT and have homes in both states. We are parents to two boys, but are empty nesters. Right now we are finding we need to be in CA more and are offering our wonderful UT Lakeview home for rent.

Enjoy amazing views, enjoy the sunset from 3 balconies/patios. Wake up to gorgeous lakeside views. Walk around the golf course next door. A short drive to restaurants, shopping, and wonderful sights. It’s the perfect setting for an evening after work or a wonderful place to work remotely!

Three-levels with a balcony/patio on each level. Gorgeous views from all levels. Modern, cozy furniture, a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances you need to cook amazing meals. The bottom floor is actually the basement, but you wouldn’t know it. It’s full of light and a one-bed, bath suite. TVs in bedrooms and 2 main living areas. Loads of nearby dining, shopping, and sight-seeing options.
