We have never had any issues, and our neighbors are great. - The back yard is fully fenced and has a locked gate. - Please understand there is another Airbnb on the property and therefore a potential for noise. - This is a duplex home and the OUTDOOR space is shared with another unit, including: Hot Tub, Fire Table (propane), Front and Back yard. - All of the INDOOR living area is completely your own, and includes: UPSTAIRS: - 2 Bedrooms (Queen), 1 Ba (Shower) DOWNSTAIRS: -Living Area (Full Futon), Dining Area (Seating for 4), Kitchen (Full-size Fridge/Full-size Oven), 1/2 Bath (Toilet+Sink) ~-~-~ House Rules ~-~-~ - You must be at least 21 to rent. - There is NO SMOKING allowed inside the house. This includes cigarettes AND marijuana. Please place butts in the available ashtrays outside. You will be fined $250 for violations. PARENTS: - Please be mindful, this property may not be suited for children under the age of 12. ~-~-~ Parking ~-~-~ - There is a small parking area behind the house for up to 3 cars. - Please do not block the driveway for other guests. ~-~-~ Check-In ~-~-~ - Check-in is strictly after 4PM. - Please be advised, early check-ins and late check-outs are based on availability and will be charged at $20/hr. - Please reach out on the day of check-in or check-out for the most up-to-date availability.
