That said, we are very concerned by the cleanliness issues you described in the bathroom and kitchen. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. Our units are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and we also have regular pest control in place, so hearing about dust buildup and the presence of cockroaches is something we take very seriously. We will review this with our housekeeping and maintenance teams immediately and inspect the unit to address any issues such as the vent, shower curtain, and toilet seat that you mentioned. Regarding the luggage carts, the front desk requires an ID as a deposit, which is a building policy rather than something managed by us directly. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and for noting that the bedroom matched the listing photos. Feedback like yours helps us identify areas that need attention and ensure the unit meets the expectations of future guests.
