* LATE CHECKOUT: Please reach out to us for approval if you require a late checkout. We are flexible but sometimes we have back to back bookings which is why we ask you to please consult with us first. If you stay past checkout time without our approval we will charge an additional $50 PER HOUR stayed past the check out time.
* NO SMOKING INSIDE: $500 fee for smoking inside of property. Please smoke outside and place cigarette buds in provided ash trays.
* If sheets are stained we will ask for reimbursement for the cost of the item.
* We don’t mind if you have a handful of people over but NO LARGE PARTIES of any kind. Please make sure the people you have over do not trash the place otherwise we will have to charge an additional $200 for cleaning.
* NO LOUD NOISE after 11pm-7am it is a quiet neighborhood and neighbors work during the week. Let’s please be courteous of that.
* MAXIMUM SLEEP OCCUPANCY 10 PEOPLE
* SECURITY CAMERAS/ The Home has 2 cameras covering the outside areas of the property ONLY. These are to remain on all the time for security purpose only of the property
