Recently remodeled cottage in a quiet tree lined neighborhood.
0.2 mi to the boat ramp where you can pop on the water and cruise over to Pickens, the Gulf, Orange beach etc or just enjoy the intercoastal waterways whilst fishing or playing in the water.
For those who like to walk, the beautiful shaded 3 mi walking trail affords lovely views, multiple beaches, water access and a playground for the littles along with exercise stations dotted along the way. The spectacular sunrises and sunsets over the water are not to be missed !
You can pull up a chair and have front row seats to the Blue Angels practicing just steps from our home or head out to the base and watch from the flightline.
Whether on the water or walking the trail, keep a look out for all the nature we have to include our local dolphins, bald eagles, herons etc.
Minutes from NASP, short drive to Pensacola, Fort Pickens and Perdidio Key Beaches or Historic Downtown, each with a plethora of restaurants, events and opportunities to explore.
Back at home enjoy a fully enclosed back yard (with grill, fire pit and outdoor furniture) a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area, lovely sectional, 75 inch smart TV/various games, fast WiFi, memory foam mattresses, quality bed linens, towels, pillows, blankets, professional salon products and complete utility room.
Our home is your home where we hope you create the joyful memories we have ourselves.
ps. Don't forget the boat, jet ski etc as the drive is huge !

FL is a humid, wet natural environment with lots of nature, including bugs that are a beneficial to our Eco system. We have a thorough treatment system yet rain can force them to seek shelter. Whilst we have not experienced any problems we DO NOT offer refunds for bug, mosquito, lizard or spider in the home.
We are dog friendly.

Better than advertised

Very nice home away from home in a convenient location. The website pictures do NOT do it justice, especially the kitchen. Nice big back yard was perfect for the dogs. Host was very friendly and easy to reach - we didn't have any issues but she reached out a few times on her own. We would definitely return for another trip!

Wonderful, peaceful stay!

Amazing place! So cute and quaint in a quiet neighborhood. Made a busy, loud weekend have a quiet getaway feel. Everything was made easy and communication with owner was prompt! Will absolutely be staying again.

Lovely Cottage

We stayed at this property in April 2025. It was a great property and EXTREMELY clean. The home had everything we could need for our stay. The backyard was perfect for sitting down and reading a book. The neighborhood was adorable with walking trails and access to the water. The well kept walking trail had so many little areas where you could walk in the sand and dip your feet in the water. (It was too cold in April for me to go any further than my toes although I saw many kids fully submerged) I loved seeing all the different homes in the area either fully rehabbed or on their way to becoming something fantastic. The location was great since we were visiting our son who is currently stationed on the Naval base. It was a quick 3 minute drive to the main gate. It was about 20-30 minutes to Penscacola Beach, depending on traffic. It was also a quick 8 minute drive to the marina where we did a 6 hour fishing charter. I’m not a huge fisher but I recommend everyone to do it at least once. 10/10.

Highly recommend

Very comfortable, cozy home with a nice fenced backyard and even a little orange tree bearing fruit! Beds were very comfortable and extra blankets provided. Very clean and updated. We were not traveling with a pet, but enjoyed seeing the little touches for those who do. The owner was easy to reach and helpful since we were there during the once in a century snowstorm and needed an HVAC service call. Rest assured, the unit is new and running well now. We appreciated the short drive to the Pensacola Naval Base. So close!

Christmas in Pensacola

Our son was in school at NAS Pensacola and so we went to spend Christmas with him. The location is amazing and so close to the base. Navy Point is a charming little neighborhood and this house is well stocked, and perfect! They even put some Christmas lights up for our stay! 10/10 highly recommended this house!

Great Place

This house is located in Navy Point, with great access to a wonderful walking/biking trail and boat launch. The back yard is peaceful and well maintained. The house is appointed well and incredibly comfortable. Bonus the Blue Angels were practicing!

Fantastic Labor Day Getaway

This house is very nicely appointed. All photos and descriptions are accurate. Host has thought of everything, so many extra touches that we all appreciated. Catherine was quick to respond to any questions and checked in on us throughout our stay. Very easy check out routine. We brought our boat this trip. (Unlike many condos and townhomes, no restrictions at this property!) closest public ramp is in neighborhood and very good. We will rerun and bring our dog next time!

Family Time

The house was perfect for our family time with our son. The house was clean and met all our needs. Kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking. Owner was very accommodating and quick the respond with answers to my questions. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to the area.

Pensacola Beach

The house was very nicely decorated. Check in was simple. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the Brita water pitcher. The beds were very comfortable. It was a short walk to the bay, we saw the dolphins passing by. We walked the trail around the neighborhood daily. Everyone was very friendly, waving or speaking when passing on our walks. The fenced yard was perfect for our pup. We went to the beach to watch the Blue Angel show, it was spectacular! We were also able to walk to the end of the road and see them as they took off and landed at the base for practice. We truly enjoyed our time at Blue Haven House. 👍

Life saver.

This place had all we needed. Coffee maker both ground and k-cup friendly. Cleaning supplies for inside and outside. The rental had a large back yard where our pups were able to run around comfortably. We enjoyed the propane fire pit in the evening. Neighborhood was quiet and minutes away from the Navy base. Shopping and eateries were 20-30 minutes away. Games were available to use. WiFi was reliable. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Detergent for laundry provided. Pup blankets and towels provided if needed. Pup treats and poop bags available for use. Keyless entry was a great feature. We weren’t a huge fan of the constant recording in the back yard but we understand why it’s there. We also did not feel comfortable with all the white sheets and towels mostly due to the possible charge if they ended up stained which we feared would happen due to the female cycle. Communication was good and host was prompt and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to visit their family or to vacation

Visiting a relative

Came for 3 nights to visit our son and fill his freezer with some home cooking plus let him see the family dog. The house was in a very quiet nice neighborhood. The owners have lots a thoughtful things for a rental like paper and pens, plenty of cookware, lots of stuff for furry companions like dog blankets, dog treats, dog poopie bags. I enjoyed sitting in the backyard in cool fall weather and watching birds. I would happily return.
