モダンで日当たりの良い、魅力的な110 m2のフラットシービュー、ビーチと鉄道駅まで徒歩10分、バルセロナに非常に近い（市内中心部まで電車で20分）。 南向きのリラックスした静かなエリア。

子供連れの家族や友人のグループに最適です。

2つのプライベートテラス（アパートの1つと内側の階段でアクセス可能）。 どちらにも椅子、テーブル、サンベッド、傘、水ホースが装備されています。

3ベッドルーム（すべて海の景色）、スヌーカー付きの素晴らしいダイニングルーム。

2つの完全なバスルーム（そのうちの1つは丸い形のバスで設計された「スイート」）。

フルキッチン：冷蔵庫、食器洗い機、電気オーブン、ケトル、電子レンジ、ネスプレッソ、パントースター、煙抽出器。

Awesome stay in Montgat!!

David and Pepita’s place was just perfect. Gorgeous views of the sea and conveniently located to public transportation to get to the city center of Barcelona. The restaurants and shopping right in the neighborhood were wonderful. The private rooftop deck was amazing and the property had all the amenities of home. Nice touch to have some fruit, pastries, milk, and OJ ready for us when we got in :)

If you like going to Barcelona but don't want to be right in the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you. From here, you can easily head to other beautiful places. In short, an ideal location. In addition, the host David has prepared a mega good description and is extremely helpful and flexible. You rarely find that anymore

Ruim en comfortabel verblijf voor gezin of vriendengroep.

Wij verbleven 3 dagen met ons gezin in dit ruime appartement. Het ligt op loopafstand van het treinstation en het strand. We vermaakten ons met het biljart en konden uitrusten en eten op het dakterras. De bedden sliepen heerlijk en de keuken is voorzien van alles wat nodig is. De kleine badkamer is wat aan de krappe kant met een slechte douchekop. Wij gebruikten dus de grote badkamer om te douchen.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, welcoming with spectacular view of the ocean from the living room, livingroom balcony and the terrace was breathtaking. David our host was wonderful, awesome communication kept us informed about the different transportation methods, restaurants and markets nearby. Great location and amazing sea views

We have just stayed at this penthouse. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed. The welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, croissants and oranges was a lovely touch and very welcome after a long day of travelling! The location was very good and was only a 10 minute walk to the train station, which took about 15 minutes by train to the centre of Barcrlona. The sea view from the property was amazing and very relaxing. We would highly recommend going to a bar called Panoramic View which is about a 15 minute walk from the apartment and has a great view of the city and the sea. Also the National Art Museum (we didn’t go in the museum) has an amazing view of the city.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons bien apprécié l'appartement, spacieux et très bien équipé. La terrasse permet de passer des moments très agréables, pour déjeuner ou se reposer. La mer est très proche, ainsi que l'accès à la gare. Communication très fluide avec le propriétaire.

Another Great Stay!

This was our second stay at Pepita's Place while visiting family in the Barcelona area. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean, and the view is stunning! Our host David is very accessible and our self check-in process was seamless. We did not rent a car this time, with groceries, restaurants and markets within easy walking distance. We highly recommend and will likely return next time we visit family in Spain! 👍

Tolle, saubere und freundliche Unterkunft mit sehr guter Anbindung. In kurzer Zeit ist man am Plaça de Cataluna und kann von dort alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ziele gut erreichen. Sehr gute Unterstützung und Betreuung vom Vermieter David, der bei allen Fragen vor der Reise und während des Aufenthaltes gerne und kompetent weiterhilft. Der Ausblick auf den Sonnenaufgang jeden Morgen alleine ist das Aufstehen wert. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Very Spacious Flat

This is a very spacious living space, with plenty of room for our party. David and his Mother made every effort to make us as comfortable as possible, during our stay. The view of the sea never gets tiring.... Overall a perfect location for us, with free parking a few minutes walk away.

Wonderful Mongat Nord

We spent a week enjoying Barcelona and the beaches of Mongat and Badalona. The apartment was very clean, well appointed, quiet and comfortable. The room darkening shades in the bedrooms ensured a good sleep. Pepita and David are terrific hosts, and responded to any questions quickly on text, email or Whatsapp. We enjoyed the 5-7 minute walk to the R1 train which takes you to Placa de Catalunya (downtown Barcelona) in about 25 minutes. Once there you can transfer to another train, or use the metro or bus to go anywhere you choose. The rooftop terrace is a relaxing oasis when you're at the apartment, and the large Mercadona grocery store is a 10 minute walk. Very enjoyable and highly recommended.

Lovely property.
