Great views!

The best views in Destin, clean, comfortable except for master bedroom which was a little warmer than the rest of the condo. Really enjoyed our visit & would book it again.

Beautiful place!

The photos could never do it justice! It’s such a beautiful place and the views are amazing! Easy access to the beach even with an infant!

Great condo and property!

Although the weather didn’t cooperate for our beach trip, the condo was great! Loved the lay-out and had plenty of room for 6 of us. Property itself was very nice and it was awesome being right on the beach. We had one maintenance issue with a toilet, and never have we had maintenance at a property respond as quickly as they did at Jade East. The gentleman was there with 5-8 minutes and had it fixed in just a bit. The maintenance person at the pool was incredible. He was so meticulous about his job and was very friendly and pleasant! The pool and hot tub area was very nice! We will definitely stay here again. One small detail is that there were only 2 dish rags and no dish towels in the condo. It would definitely be nice to have more. A minor detail that obviously wouldn’t keep us from staying there again.

Amazing home with wraparound views of the water from the main living area. The afternoon rush of sunshine is fantastic on the very comfortable sofa. Very well decorated and stocked. Wonderful place to stay!

Great place. Enjoyed very much!! Comfortable, clean and convenient. Nice layout of bedrooms. Did run out of hot water often. Maybe bigger tank. Also more throw blankets would be nice. Beautiful setting!! Also maybe more seating chairs for deck. Will be back!!

Newman-Dailey/Jade East Towers

Beautiful property. Directions for check-in, access, check-out, were all clear and easy to follow. Listing was accurate, our views and amenities were beautiful. The facility was easy to navigate and not overly-crowded. The unit was well-organized, clean, and nicely appointed. Communication from the property manager was excellent and consistent. It was different for me to not have a front desk or check-in area. It would have been beneficial on two occasions: once when our designated parking spot was taken, and another when I had to report a persistent violation occurring on the beach, but the property managers were helpful in resolving both issues for me by phone. I would certainly book with them again. Thank you, Newman-Dailey, for making our family vacay easy and incredibly memorable!

Great view of white sandy beach

The property was beautiful and very private. We were at the end of the unit so we didn't have foot traffic going by. Love the condo. What I did not appreciate is the charge Vrbo tacks on without a warning.. I found out they just started this. Next time I will save almost $300 and book thru Newman-Dailey.

Perfect! A slice of heaven. Can’t wait to come back.

The condo was immaculate. The decor engendered ocean calmness. The view of the ocean spectacular. The sand was white and hearing waves throughout the condo was incredibly relaxing. And the management was responsive and took care of all our needs. Great condo. Highly recommend it! Each of the theee bedrooms had their own privacy which was nice. There was plenty to explore each day. The restaurants were delicious.

Amazing view, relaxing atmosphere and perfect getaway!

As stated view was amazing. We cracked the door nearly every night to hear the waves crash and feel the cool breeze. Sunsets were spectacular and mesmerizing. We took photos that did not do any justice to the wonderful colors. All from the balcony. Sunrises not seen from the condo but a quick stroll to the beach and your there. The condo itself was surprisingly spacious. A lot of room for our little ones to play. Romantic evenings for my wife and I to share. Plenty of space to entertain a few guests for dinner. All cookware, dinnerware and everything you need to stay home. Only downside was the cleanliness. Floors were not clean, walking around barefoot wasnt pleasant. The carpets and couches also were dirty, the couch so that we flipped the cushions to feel better. Overall we would stay again and again!

Wonderful view !

Our family gathered here for the Thanksgiving holiday and really enjoyed our stay. Although it started with no hot water the maintenance men came very quickly and worked things out! The condo fit all 6 of us perfectly and the kitchen was well equipped! The only negative is that the carpet in the master could use replacing or a heavy cleaning. The area and resort was otherwise a great choice!

This condo was perfect for our family. Excellent ocean views being on the 5th floor with a quick elevator ride down to the beach. It’s close to shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful condo, great views and great location!

The pictures reflect the condominium perfectly. It is on the 5th floor directly over the pool for great pool views and stunning ocean views. Very spacious and very well maintained. Would highly recommend this location to any friends and/or family. I can't believe there are not more reviews on this unit.
