Brianhead is beautiful. The condo had a great location. The condo was perfect for two people. The refrigerator leaked water and froze some of our veggies and food. The area rug under the foot of the bed was very dirty. But...left tons of free coffee which was a big bonus!!

Perfect get away

The property was perfect for our stay. Communication from the start was great as well as when we got into the property. Things were labeled as well as a folder that had all the important items in it. Property was clean and cozy!

Would not stay again

Positives: The location of this unit is good for the lifts. It is useful to have a kitchen and stocked with all the basics as well as coffee and coffee maker. There are a lot of hooks to hang snow clothes.Negatives: dirty placemats, dirty space heater(cleaned it with wipes), boot/wall heater not working (floor heater works). The game changer was when we had to strip the bed and under the sheets the mattress pad was shockingly dirty. There were multiple yellowish stains, dark tiny dried spots, and small debris from top to bottom. I did let the management company know once we became aware, but unfortunately by the time we saw the dirty bedding, it was check out time. There was good communication with reporting the issues. They said they would contact the owner and on-sight manager, then it took a week to hear back. I did request to have the cleaning fee returned, but they stated that I was supposed to report the problems during our stay and denied my request. Of course, I was not aware of the dirty bedding until we were checking out. I was willing to overlook the smaller items, but once I saw the mattress pad/cover, I could not and had to report. It was obvious that it had not been washed after multiple uses. Refunding the cleaning fee seemed like a pretty small request and it is unfortunate that they chose to deny this. I sent pictures, but I don't see an attachment feature here to post pictures.I would not recommend.
