Family Beach Trip! ⛱

Everything was great at the codo. Had one question for them and they were very prompt in answering, very helpful! Plenty of space for our family. The view was spectacular!

The sheets in one of the rooms were dirty when we arrived, however with the quick communication we got clean sheets quickly. The condo was nice, but online the pictures didn’t really portray the size of the rooms and balcony accurately. I understand panorama can sometimes cause this so when you book, try to scale down a tad in your mind. Beautiful place, pool is nice, the hot tub is super small though so if that is a favorite of yours while relaxing on vacay I would take that into consideration. The building itself has very good staff who keep a clean facility. The walk to the beach is quick and easy so that’s a huge plus.

Winter Getaway

We had a beautiful view and condo for our yearly school friends winter getaway. We can always count on the Phoenix buildings to have well maintained condos.

Property was very nice. Host at service desk couldn’t figure out how to process parking pass. I paid for it based on her ability to process payment. She couldn’t print parking pass so she said just stick receipt in window of car. Next day I get a ticket from guard. Went back down had to due process over spent almost and hour just to get a parking pass.
