Great Communication

Sri made sure our stay was perfect! Not only were we given multiple ways of contacting Sri, but he stayed in contact with us leading up to and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. In addition to the great communication, the location was incredible! Short drives to all our favorite places with the added bonus of a secure location with awesome amenities! 10/10 recommend and we'll definitely be going back!

Great place to stay close to Disney World

This was a great place for my family to stay while visiting Disney World. Neighborhood was in a good location for Disney World and multiple food options. Also not far from Walmart or Target. Big spacious house with tons of bedrooms and space for the kids to run around. Check-in and check-out process was easy and communication with property manager was quick and easy. Would gladly stay at Emerald Island again in the future.

Great space for a large family.

We couldn’t have been happier with our experience here. It exceeded our expectations. The host responded quickly with answers to our questions and was so accommodating. We were a family of 12 and the house fit us to a tee. We could have used more silverware as we ate in mostly but not a huge problem. We’d recommend to heat the pool. The kids loved it so much. Thanks Sri.

Fabulous Resort Rental!!!

This is a premier home in a first-class community with all the amenities for a week long stay. Over sized lanai/ pool / spa area, super media recreation room, huge kitchen, everyone had a private bed/bath. Clubhouse was nice, felt secure safe in the hood, so close to Disney, shopping etc. Owner was very kind and responsive to any questions or concerns . I would highly recommend this property for a similar rental.

Great Property, very close to everything. All Disney, Universal, Restaurants are just minutes away!!

When you have surprisingly cold weather in Florida its great to have a house there is plenty of room in. With the game room and covered pool area you can have fun staying at the property even on a rain day.

The property is very nice. Enjoyed our stay. Two adults and three teens and we had plenty of room. The teens enjoyed the pool and the theater room, with a pool table. Had a minor glitch but the owner was quick to respond and fix the problem. I would recommend.

Family Vacation

My family really enjoyed our time at Tropical Magic. We especially loved the pool and the movie room. Our compliments to the owner, Sri, who always answers his phone if you have questions, and to the property managers, who are the nicest couple.

Perfect location

We were in town for a baseball tournament and the property was very convenient to Disney and ESPN WWS. The house had all the amenities and lots of space for us to spread out. The property manager Sri was a great communicator and easy to work with.

Very Clean

House was awesome and met all our expectations and then some. Our 3 kids loved sleeping in king sized beds all to themselves. Pool and hot tub were very enjoyable.

Great Owner, Close to Parks

We enjoyed our stay and the owner (Sri) was tremendous to deal with. VERY close to the parks (much closer than past homes we've stayed at). We inadvertently left some clothes in the dryer upon departure and owner was so helpful in getting them returned to us. Highly recommend.

Great Vacation Home

Large home fit 4 generations wonderfully. Loved the location, close to everything. Everybody had a great time. Only suggestion would be updating the carpet upstairs it has seen better days, but we may be a little bias as we own a Floor Covering Store. Nice updates in the Master bath(my inlaws had this room) and game room. Would rent again, the whole process was very smooth.

Our villa for years to come

We rented the Tropical Magic villa for our annual family vacation. The villa we usually stay every year got sold and we were lucky to find this villa. We were impressed with the quality of the villa and how close and convenient it is to the theme parks which we visited almost daily. The one day we didn't go the parks, the pool came in handy. KIds loved the movie theater room. Resort is well maitained. We now found our annaul villa for next year and beyond!

• We are always available from inquiry to your departure on the phone, email, text, WhatsApp to answer any questions you may have – 7 days a week.
• Our management company is local and is available for anything that needs on-site attention.
• Fully licensed with licenses displayed on the villa.
• You can arrive and depart anytime within your reservation period with a unique access code that is valid for your stay. No need to worry about the access codes being the same. Each guest's stay gets a unique access code.
• Have valuables? No worries, there is central monitoring of the villa and we provide a safe as well. No cost to you.
• Want to grill every day? No problem. Use the complimentary grill with the propane tank that is provided at no cost. There is even a spare tank but if you are running out of propane, let us know and we will drop one in 24 hours or less.
• Free crib, free pack ‘n play, free stroller, free BBQ grill – together are valued at over $240 per week and are free.
• The resort is secure – only registered guests have access.
• Location: So close to restaurants (1 mile), grocery stores (2 miles), freeways (3 miles), Disney World (3 miles). Save on hours of commute time and spend that time in the pool, game room enjoying your vacation or at the parks – not driving.
