This property was the perfect location for exploring Old Town Alexandria, and for our Metro trips into DC for a weekend event. Check-in was seamless, accommodation clean and well-appointed, and the dog we traveled with enjoyed the toys and treats provided! It was a great 'home base' for our adventures!

My wife and I enjoyed a superb five-day stay at this second floor suite. Clean, well-appointed and comfy, it’s very close to the myriad attractions on King Street and the surrounding neighborhoods. A terrific choice for a convenient and comfortable stay in Alexandria!

As a former resident of Alexandria who moved away a few years back, it was the perfect property to revisit Old Town. Just a stones throw from King Street it had two parking spots, use of the patio, and a washer dryer. We felt very comfortable in the home and an added plus was that we could bring our dog.

Our overall experience was okay with our stay and it was a very convenient location. The central A/C system was not sufficient to cool all of the rooms and subsequently, each bedroom was equipped with individual A/C units which ran continuously due to the hot weather. The A/C unit in the master bedroom was very dirty and I woke up each morning with a scratchy throat. The bathrooms could use some TLC.

We had a great stay. The location was wonderful and very walkable. The townhouse was clean and comfortable. Everything was a described. The host was very responsive and accommodating with our check in time. We highly recommend this stay.

Maggie is a wonderful host. The location of this property could not be any closer to King Street. Parking spaces provided are a plus. I have rented this property a couple of times.

Rental looked just like the photos. Parking was super easy and convenient. Check-in was easy, communication was prompt and helpful. Convenient location about 1/2 mile walk to the waterfront. One block over from lots of shops/restaurants on King St. Quiet street. Well stocked unit with coffee, creamer, etc... Pet friendly. I'd def stay here again.
