Walking distance to Riverland terrace restaurants, concert venue, and Terrace Theatre. Newly renovated home in the great area of James Island. Central to all there is to enjoy in Charleston. Have office for work use available. Also a gym in the detached garage. Great screened in porch for coffee and cold drinks.
