Located near the University of Louisville and Churchill Downs, this home currently has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom across three floors of living space! Both bedrooms have a queen size bed, dresser, and full closets ready for your use. There is one full bathroom in between both bedrooms. The dining room sits off of the living room which has enough seating for 6. The next room over has the full kitchen which is stocked with everything you could need for your visit! Off of the kitchen is a beautiful enclosed porch for you to sit and read or enjoy a cup of coffee. The back door the the patio is off of this room and the patio is fully fenced for your four legged family members!
